The "Repricer” tab on the "Subscriptions” page provides an overview of your SELLERLOGIC Repricer subscription-related configurations. The tab provides access to subscription management tools, real-time subscription statistics, historical data through visual charts, and details of each individual Amazon seller account added to SELLERLOGIC.
The "Repricer” tab can be accessed via:
- SELLERLOGIC Header | Gear icon > Subscriptions > Repricer
- SELLERLOGIC Homepage > Settings | Subscriptions > Repricer
Repricer subscription details are available only for SELLERLOGIC accounts with active Repricer subscriptions. Click "Enable” to activate Repricer. Tip: If your Trial subscription has not yet been used, it will activate automatically. Otherwise, billing details will be required for activation.
Subscription information

The "Subscription information” section at the top of the "Repricer” tab provides read-only details of your Repricer subscription presented as blocks:
Current subscription
- Displays the current Repricer plan (Trial, Freemium, Starter, or Advanced). For more information, see Subscriptions overview | Repricer subscription plans.
- Shows the duration of the current billing cycle (not applicable to Freemium). For more information, see Subscriptions overview | Billing cycles.
- Shows the selected amount for the “Average Product Optimization Limit / day” that defines your monthly product optimization limit. For more information, see Subscriptions overview | Product optimization limits.
Next subscription
This block is displayed if any subscription changes are scheduled for the next billing cycle and provides information about the upcoming subscription plan, the next billing cycle's duration, and the chosen daily product optimization limit.
If no changes are scheduled, the system will automatically renew the current subscription at the date specified in the "Renewal date" field.
If a paid subscription has been canceled, Repricer will remain accessible until the end of the current billing cycle (Subscription canceled > Subscription end-date). After that Repricer access will be disabled.
Automatic subscription upgrade
This block displays the status of the automatic upgrade feature (Active or Disabled) applicable only for monthly paid subscriptions. It indicates whether you allow the automatic subscription upgrade. For more information, see Subscriptions | Repricer | Automatic subscription upgrade.
On-Demand Product Optimizations
This block displays the status of the On-Demand Product Optimizations feature (Active or Disabled) applicable only for paid subscriptions. It indicates whether additional product optimizations are allowed once the monthly limit is exceeded. For more information, see Subscriptions overview | On-Demand Product Optimizations.
Manage subscription

The “Manage subscription” button within the “Subscription information” section opens the Repricer subscription settings for configuring the Repricer subscription.
Current subscription
The details of your current Repricer subscription include the information about the current Repricer plan, the duration of the current billing cycle (not applicable to Freemium), and the selected amount for the “Average Product Optimization Limit / day” for paid subscriptions. Info: For the Freemium plan, the displayed value reflects the maximum number of products with optimization enabled, limited to 20 optimized products per day.

Upgrade current subscription: Your current Repricer subscription can be upgraded manually at any time, regardless of the chosen billing cycle (applicable to all plans except Trial). The upgrade may include a higher-tier subscription plan and an increased daily product optimization amount. Note: Monthly to annual plan change is possible only when configuring your next subscription. Billing cycle changes are not supported during the upgrade of the current subscription. For more information, see Subscriptions overview | Manual upgrade.
Cancel current subscription: Active Repricer subscription can be canceled manually at any time. If you have already chosen the next subscription plan, canceling your current paid subscription will also cancel the next plan. Info: The "Cancel current subscription” button is only available if your Repricer subscription has not been canceled before.
By confirming the cancellation of the current subscription, the system behavior will depend on the current subscription plan:
- Trial or Freemium plans: Cancellation takes effect immediately. Warning: The Trial plan cannot be reactivated once canceled.
- Starter or Advanced plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. After the end date (Subscription canceled > Subscription end-date), Repricer access will be disabled, all product optimizations will stop, and product data will be archived 48 hours afterward. Re-enabling Repricer after this period will prompt the system to re-import all product data from Amazon. Any previously saved settings will be restored, but product optimizations will remain disabled until manually activated. Warning: If the “On-Demand Product Optimization” toggle remains enabled after canceling the Repricer subscription, any additional product optimizations will continue to be processed until the end of the billing cycle and will be included in the invoice.
You can reactivate the current Repricer subscription until the “Subscription end-date” by choosing one of the following options:
- Upgrade current subscription: Upgrade your subscription plan or increase the product optimization limit for the remaining billing period. Clicking the "Upgrade current subscription” button will open the "Repricer subscription upgrade” modal, allowing you to activate and adjust your subscription settings.
- Renew current subscription: Restore and renew your canceled subscription by confirming the action in the "Repricer current subscription” modal form.
Automatic subscription upgrade

This feature allows for an automatic increase of the average daily optimized product amount when monthly On-Demand Product Optimization charges exceed the next subscription level’s cost. It is available only for paid subscriptions with monthly billing.
The "Automatic subscription upgrade" toggle indicates whether you allow automatic upgrades to your current subscription when it becomes more cost-effective. If the automatic upgrade is triggered, new settings apply immediately. If upgraded during the month, the new subscription fee will apply for the entire month and will be reflected in the next invoice. Your billing date will remain unchanged.
This toggle is enabled by default; however, if disabled, you will still receive a notification suggesting a manual upgrade when it becomes the more cost-effective option.
Info: The automatic upgrade will not be triggered if your total subscription cost for the month does not surpass the cost of the next subscription level. The automatic upgrade applies only to the product optimization limit and does not impact your subscription plan.
For more information, see Subscriptions overview | Automatic Subscription Upgrade.
Next subscription

This block is displayed if any subscription changes are scheduled for the next billing cycle and provides information about the upcoming subscription plan, the next billing cycle's duration, and the chosen daily product optimization limit. This subscription will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You can either modify your next subscription (Manage subscription > Change next subscription) or revert to automatic renewal of the current subscription (Manage subscription > Cancel next subscription).
If no changes are scheduled, the system will automatically renew the current subscription on the date specified in the "Renewal date" field.
Note: If the current subscription plan is a Trial and no next subscription is selected, the Freemium plan will be applied by default after the end of the Trial period. The "Next subscription" block will display the exact date when Repricer will transition to the Freemium plan. For more information about Freemium plan limitations, see Subscriptions overview | Subscription plans. To prevent this switch and maintain access to premium features, set up a paid Repricer subscription by clicking the “Set up next subscription” button.
On-Demand Product Optimizations
This feature allows for additional product optimizations once your monthly limit is reached, which is applicable only for paid subscriptions. If the “On-Demand Product Optimizations” feature is disabled, all your product optimizations will stop once the monthly product optimization limit is reached. Product optimization processing will resume on the first day of the following month, or when the toggle is re-enabled.

The "On-Demand Product Optimizations" toggle indicates whether you allow unlimited product optimizations once the monthly product optimization limit is exceeded. This toggle is enabled by default, meaning that your product optimizations will not stop after the entire monthly limit is used, and each additional product optimization will be classified as On-Demand Product Optimization. These product optimizations are billed separately on a monthly basis, regardless of the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual).
Note: The monthly product optimization limits remain applicable, even with annual billing. Thus, for annual subscriptions, invoices are generated monthly for any On-Demand Product Optimizations processed within the given month.
Charges for On-Demand Product Optimizations are calculated at the unit price (the price is shown for each subscription plan within the subscription setup form "€ / On-Demand Product Optimization") and will appear in your following invoice.
Note: Charges for all previously processed On-Demand Product Optimizations remain applicable even after the "On-Demand Product Optimization” option is disabled.
For more information, see Subscriptions overview | On-Demand Product Optimizations.
Product optimization usage

The "Repricer” tab provides visual insights into your product optimization usage through two main blocks:
Current month statistics
The current month statistics block visualizes the number of product optimizations already performed in the current month ("Used"), the total product optimization limit in the current month (“Total”), and the percentage of total monthly limit used across all Amazon seller accounts enabled for Repricer. The color-coded display allows highlighting the amount of your monthly limit used:
- Blue – Usage is within the monthly limit.
- Yellow – Usage is within the monthly limit, but 90% or more has been used. Tip: An email notification is sent when 90% of the monthly limit is reached.
- Red – The monthly limit has been exceeded.
Note: The product optimization counts for B2B and B2C offers of the same product are calculated separately when determining the total number of product optimizations.
Monthly usage statistics chart
The monthly usage statistics chart displays the number of product optimizations processed over the past 12 months across all Amazon seller accounts enabled for Repricer. Hovering over a point on the chart reveals a tooltip showing the total number of product optimizations processed in that month and individual statistics for B2B and B2C product optimizations.
Managing Amazon seller accounts
The “Amazon seller accounts” section lists all your Amazon seller accounts added to SELLERLOGIC. A single Repricer subscription covers an unlimited number of accounts, marketplaces, and products. Click the “Add / restore account” button (plus icon) to add more Amazon seller accounts to SELLERLOGIC.
Each Amazon seller account is displayed on a dedicated card containing the following details:
- Amazon account name: Displays the Amazon account name as a clickable link, redirecting to the "Amazon Seller Account Management" page with the selected account pre-focused.
- Marketplaces: Shows all enabled marketplaces for the account, represented by country flags. Clicking the chevron icon opens a drawer with the full marketplace list within the current account. Each marketplace can be individually enabled or disabled for Repricer via a toggle switch.
- Price optimization usage: Displays the total number of product optimizations processed within the account. A detailed breakdown of product optimization usage can be viewed by clicking on the field value.
Each Amazon seller account can be enabled or disabled for Repricer via the dedicated button within the account block:
- Click "Enable” to include the account’s data in Repricer;
- Click "Disable” to hide the account’s data from Repricer.
Info: When a certain marketplace or account is disabled, all associated products are hidden from Repricer. However, their settings remain unchanged. If product optimizations were active before disabling the account or marketplace, they automatically reactivate when the account or marketplace is re-enabled.
Note: If a Repricer subscription is canceled while some Amazon seller accounts remain enabled, those accounts will automatically be re-enabled when a new subscription is activated.
