The “Affiliate credit notes” page is designed to help you track commission payouts related to your affiliate activity. It displays a structured table containing detailed financial summaries and the current payment status of each issued credit note. Each row represents a single credit note and includes the option to download it directly as a PDF document.
The “Affiliate credit notes” page can be accessed through the following navigation paths:
- SELLERLOGIC Homepage > Affiliate | Credit notes
- SELLERLOGIC Affiliate navigation bar > Credit notes
Prerequisites
To view and download affiliate credit notes, you need the following:
- The SELLERLOGIC Affiliate service is activated. For more information, see Affiliate | Affiliate setup.
- The required permission is granted:
Partner Credit Notes > View
. For more information, see General | Manage user permissions.

Сredit notes download
A “Download” button on the left side of each table row allows you to export the credit note as a PDF document issued by SELLERLOGIC GmbH.
Each PDF contains a summary of commission earnings for the corresponding billing period, listing details such as the billing timeframe, number of billed customers, total revenue, and the commission type.
Table fields
Below is a table listing all fields available on the “Affiliate credit notes” page, along with their respective descriptions.

ID | Unique internal identifier of the credit note, used for referencing and querying. |
Partner | Unique name of the affiliate partner associated with the credit note. |
Month | The settlement month for which the credit note was issued. |
Amount | Commission amount excluding VAT. |
VAT | The calculated VAT amount applied to the commission. |
Total | The total payable amount including VAT. |
Created | Timestamp indicating when the credit note record was created. |
Updated | Timestamp of the last update made to the credit note. |
Date payed | Records the actual payment date once the transaction is completed. |
Status | Indicates the current status of the credit note: "New", "Published", "Sent", or "Paid”. |
Pagination and table controls
The lower section of the page facilitates navigation through large datasets and offers tools to customize the table view.
Table controls: Located in the bottom-right corner, table controls provide options to adjust the display and content of the table according to your preferences:
- Table settings: Opens an edit mode that allows manual adjustment of column widths.
- Table content: Opens a configuration modal where users can define the order and visibility of columns. Columns can be toggled using checkboxes and reordered via drag-and-drop.
Pagination and display count: In the bottom-left corner, the display count control allows selecting the number of entries per page (10, 25, 50, 75, or 100), shows the current range of visible results, the total number of entries, and provides navigation through pages using arrow buttons or direct page number input.

Export results
The “Export results” button, displayed as a download icon in the top-right corner, enables exporting up to 100 rows of the current table view in CSV, XLS, or XLSX formats.
