Amazon rejects a refund

If Amazon informs you of an answer that does not lead to the payment of the submitted error, please let us know. To do this, please copy and paste the complete answer of the support employee into the appropriate field in the case details.

If the rejection is due to the fact that you initiated the refund yourself, please click on the button "Next step" and select "Close case - Self refunded".

Unsubstantiated refusal of a refund

If we determine that the rejection is unjustified based on the response from Amazon Support, you will receive a response that you must forward to Amazon Support. This will contain further information to help Amazon staff better understand the problem. Please do not re-enter the response text that you use as your response at Amazon into Lost & Found.
