Via the settlement reports, we check whether Amazon has initiated a refund to the seller that was not justified. The report is automatically archived by Amazon after 90 days and must therefore be requested once in each marketplace separately.
Errors in relation to orders must be claimed to Amazon within 6 months. After the 6 months have expired, the error is deemed to have expired and a refund request to Amazon will be rejected. Requesting reports for a period longer than 6 months is not expedient for the aforementioned reason.
Regardless of this scenario, Lost & Found searches for further errors for a period of up to 18 months.
