About KPI widgets

Key performance indicator (KPI) widgets summarize the main performance metrics for multiple time periods: today, yesterday, last week and last month.

KPI widget structure

The only difference between 4 KPI widgets is the date range for which they show information, so the description below works for all widgets:

Product sales – the amount of income generated by ordered product sales.

Revenue – the total income that includes product sales, and other income.

Net profit – the revenue minus expenses.

Orders – the number of all orders.

Units – the number of ordered units.

Promotion – the number of orders with promotions applied.

Refunds – the number of refunded units.

Margin – the percentage of the net profit in the revenue.

ROIthe ratio of net profit over the total cost of goods.

Values in the KPI widget reflect parameters defined in the dashboard settings. They can represent statistics on account, marketplace, or product level.

Note
Remember to distinguish the KPI widget period from the period selected in the Date range filter in the Dashboard settings section. They are not the same.

Widget header

The widget header includes:

  • widget's period in the dd.mm.yy: today, yesterday, last week or last month;

  • information icon showing the last update’s date and time on hover;
  • three-dots menu with the profit breakdown.

Profit breakdown

After clicking the Profit breakdown button, a pop-up modal form shows a profit breakdown by metrics.

Negative numbers are shown in red.
