SELLERLOGIC Repricer automatically synchronizes your products with Amazon at regular intervals to keep your listings accurate and up to date.
Synchronization frequency depends on your current Repricer subscription plan. Higher-tier plans benefit from faster synchronization frequency. For more information, see FAQs | How often does Repricer synchronize products and stock with Amazon?
Note: The legacy Repricer subscription model does not support accelerated product synchronization.
If your expected synchronization time has passed, we recommend checking the “Active Listings Report” within your Amazon Seller Central account to verify whether the product is available for synchronisation.
Follow these steps to check your Active Listings Report:
- Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account.
- In the navigation menu, go to Inventory > Inventory Reports.
- Download the latest Active Listings Report.
- Search for the missing SKU in the report:
- If the SKU is not listed: Contact Amazon Seller Support for further assistance.
- If the SKU is listed but still not visible in Repricer after your subscription’s expected sync interval, please reach out to SELLERLOGIC Support for assistance.
