Review Manager setup

To start using SELLERLOGIC Review Manager, you need to enable it for one or multiple Amazon seller accounts by following the steps of the Review Manager setup wizard described below.

Step 1. Launch the setup wizard

Go to the SELLERLOGIC Homepage, navigate to the Review Manager panel, and click “Setup Review Manager”.

If Review Manager is already enabled, you can connect another Amazon seller account via the “Amazon seller account management” or “Subscriptions” page:

  1. Сlick the “Add / restore account” button (plus icon at the top right).
  2. Turn off all toggles except “Review Manager”.
  3. Click “Next” to launch the Review Manager setup wizard described below.

Step 2. Review terms and conditions

Before proceeding with the setup, you must read and accept the Review Manager terms by clicking “Next”.

Step 3: Provide billing information

Depending on whether the customer has used the 14-day trial before, billing information may be required. When setting up Review Manager for the first time, billing information is not required. The 14-day free trial will be activated automatically, and this step will be skipped.

If you have used the Review Manager 14-day trial period earlier, you will be prompted to provide your billing information as follows:

Email: Enter a valid email address. Tip: Select “Use company address” to apply autofill for the following fields:

  • Company name: Enter the title of your business entity.
  • Address 1: Enter the billing address of your business entity.
  • Address 2: Enter the alternative billing address of your business entity (optional).
  • City: Enter the name of a city/town of your billing address.
  • Postcode: Enter the postal code of your billing address.
  • Country: Enter the name of the country of your billing address.
  • VAT ID: Enter the valid value-added tax (VAT) identification number of your business entity (if not provided, German VAT will be applied).

Click “Next” to proceed.


If your billing address is located in Germany or Austria, you will be asked to enter your SEPA details and sign the debit authorization form accordingly:

  • Account holder: Enter the name of the entity owning the account.
  • IBAN: Enter the IBAN of an account.

The rest of the fields will be automatically filled based on the IBAN you provided.

Sign the debit authorization form by selecting the checkbox below, and click “Next”.


If your billing address is located in countries other than Germany or Austria, you will be asked to fill out the payment information form with the credit card details that will be used as the payment method:

  • Cardholder name: Enter the name specified on the credit card.
  • Credit card: Enter the credit card number and click “Next”. Alternatively, click "Cancel” to exit the setup wizard.

Step 4. Select the Amazon account

If you want to enable Review Manager for a new Amazon seller account, follow these steps:

  1. Click “Add new account".
  2. Select the region of your Amazon account and click “Next” to proceed.
  3. Select the home marketplace to match your Amazon account home marketplace.
  4. Click “Next” to continue.

If your Amazon seller accounts are already connected to SELLERLOGIC, you will be offered to choose which of the existing accounts you want to enable for Review Manager. The “Connect Amazon account for Review Manager” modal displays all connected Amazon seller accounts, including key details such as account name, seller ID, marketplaces, home marketplace, and the SELLERLOGIC services currently enabled for each account (”Used in").

To enable Review Manager for an existing account:

  1. Select one or multiple Amazon accounts using the checkboxes.
  2. Click “Next” to continue.

Step 5. Sign in to the Amazon account on SellerCentral

When connecting a new Amazon seller account (or if your existing Amazon API token has expired), you will be prompted to sign in to Amazon Seller Central for the token provision.

  1. Provide the required information and sign in on the Amazon Seller Central authorization page.
  2. Follow any on-screen instructions provided to access the Amazon API token and return to the Repricer setup wizard.

Note: If an error message appears during the account connection process, follow the instructions in the message or click “Back” to return to the previous setup wizard step.

Step 6: Sign the DPA contract

If not done before, you will be prompted to sign the SELLERLOGIC DPA contract.

  1. Read the terms and conditions of the DPA contract and click “Accept”.
  2. After accepting the contract, the “Download” button appears. Click “Download” to download the contract to your PC. Tip: Once the contract is signed, it will be available for download at any time within the SELLERLOGIC Platform. For more information, see SELLERLOGIC | Privacy.
  3. Click “Finish” to proceed.

Step 7. Apply Review Manager subscription

If no Review Manager subscription is currently active, you will be prompted to select one in the "Subscriptions” modal by clicking "Get it now” below the desired plan and confirming the action.

Info: When setting up Review Manager for the first time, a 14-day free trial is applied automatically. The trial is only available if it has not been used before.

Review the subscription settings in the “Subscription Confirmation for Review Manager” form and click "Confirm".

Step 8. Summary for Review Manager

The final step provides a summary of your Review Manager configuration, including:

  • Review Manager subscription details;
  • A list of all Amazon seller accounts enabled for Review Manager. Newly enabled accounts are labeled as follows:
    • “New account” — Amazon accounts newly added to SELLERLOGIC and enabled for Review Manager during the current setup session.
    • “Added account” — Existing accounts enabled for Review Manager during the current setup session.

To continue with the Review Manager setup wizard, you can choose one of the following options:

  • Add existing account – Enable Review Manager for another Amazon account already connected to SELLERLOGIC.
  • Add new account – Connect a new Amazon account to Review Manager.
  • Finish – Complete the setup and start using Review Manager.
