The "SFTP" tab allows you to configure and manage the SELLERLOGIC SFTP service — a secure channel for automated file transfers. Files uploaded via SFTP can be referenced in auto-import operations across SELLERLOGIC services, enabling you to automate data updates without manual uploads.
To access the "SFTP" tab, navigate to Global action bar > Settings menu > Settings > SFTP
Prerequisites:
To access and use the "SFTP" tab, the following conditions must be met:
- Subscription requirement: An active Repricer Trial or Advanced subscription plan is required.
- Permission requirement: The following permissions must be enabled for the user:

1. SFTP credentials
The following fields are displayed on the "SFTP" tab. All fields include a “Copy to clipboard” button for convenience.

| Active/Inactive toggle | Enables or disables the SELLERLOGIC SFTP service. When set to "Active", the credentials are valid and can be used in auto-import workflows. When set to "Inactive", the service is disabled, and all associated import operations stop. |
| Host | The SELLERLOGIC SFTP server address: sftp.sellerlogic.com. Use this value in your SFTP client or automation system. |
| Username | A system-generated login identifier. This value is fixed and cannot be edited. |
| Password | A system-generated password required to authenticate the connection, displayed as masked characters. Click the “Generate new password” button to regenerate this value if needed. |
| Port | The port used for secure file transfers. |
2. Enable the SELLERLOGIC SFTP service
To enable and connect to the SELLERLOGIC SFTP service:
1. Switch the toggle to “Active”.
2. Copy the host, username, and port values.
3. Enter the credentials into your SFTP client or automated file transfer system.
4. Use the password displayed on the "SFTP" tab to authenticate the connection.
5. Upload your files to the server.
Uploaded files can then be referenced in SELLERLOGIC auto-import operations.
3. Use uploaded files in auto-import operations
Files uploaded via the SELLERLOGIC SFTP service can be referenced in the auto-import settings of the following SELLERLOGIC pages:
- Repricer > Auto import product settings
- Business Analytics > Auto import product settings
- Lost & Found > Product dimensions import settings
To reference an SFTP file, open the auto-import settings on the relevant page and enter the host value from the "SFTP" tab. Authentication credentials are applied automatically — no additional configuration is required.
