The "Amazon seller account management" page serves as a centralized hub for managing the settings of your Amazon accounts connected to the SELLERLOGIC Platform and related SELLERLOGIC services enabled for these accounts. The page can be accessed in two ways:
- SELLERLOGIC Homepage > Settings | Amazon accounts
- SELLERLOGIC navigation bar | Gear icon > Amazon accounts > Amazon seller accounts
The page is organized into two tabs: the “Accounts” tab, which lists and manages your connected Amazon seller accounts, and the “Groups” tab, which allows organizing marketplaces from one or more accounts into custom groups. The “Accounts” tab is displayed by default.
1. “Accounts” tab
The “Accounts” tab allows viewing and managing the settings of your Amazon seller accounts. Scroll down to view the complete list of your Amazon accounts arranged in the order they were connected to the SELLERLOGIC Platform.

Number of accounts: Displays the total number of your Amazon accounts connected to the SELLERLOGIC Platform.
1.1 Account information

The “Account information” vertical tab displays the general settings of the Amazon seller account connected to the SELLERLOGIC Platform. Below is a table listing all fields available within the tab, along with their respective descriptions.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Amazon account name | The name of the account assigned by the SELLERLOGIC Platform. To change it, click on the name, enter the new name in the text input field, and click “Save”. |
| Amazon seller ID | The unique identifier of your account provided by Amazon. |
| Show important notifications in Amazon Seller Central | Allows SELLERLOGIC to send notifications to your account on Seller Central. Disable the toggle if you prefer not to receive notifications related to this Amazon seller account. |
| Amazon API authorization status |
Indicates the current authorization status of the Amazon API, which can be either "Valid" or “Expired”. You can renew the authorization at any time by clicking the "Renew" button. Note: If the current authorization status of the Amazon API is marked as “Expired”, SELLERLOGIC will no longer be able to receive or send any information within the Amazon account. |
| Amazon’s account region | One of the regions associated with this Amazon account – the European region, Far East region, or North American region. |
| Created | The date and time when the account was connected to the SELLERLOGIC Platform. |
| Ignore Amazon shipping costs |
Allows setting a shipping cost value other than the one provided by Amazon. To set a cost value, enable the "Ignore Amazon shipping costs" toggle and provide a cost value in the "Global shipping costs" input field. The value of the "Global shipping costs" is set in the home marketplace currency. By setting the global shipping costs, all shipping costs provided by Amazon are ignored and replaced by the value entered in the "Global shipping costs" input field. Disable this setting, if you want Amazon shipping costs to be taken into account during the calculations. Note: This setting applies to Repricer only. |
| Home marketplace | The home marketplace associated with this account. It can be changed by selecting another marketplace from the dropdown menu, which is based on the region shown in the "Amazon's account region" field. |
| Fulfillment by Amazon |
Displays current settings for products fulfilled by Amazon and provides options to change them. This field is available only within accounts that have the "EU Region" specified in the "Amazon's account region" field. In order to ensure that fee calculations are correct, please make sure that these settings reflect your current FBA settings on Amazon. |
1.1.1 Fulfillment by Amazon

Allow inventory to be stored in other countries: Select the countries where your inventory can be stored by selecting the corresponding checkboxes for each country. By default, the country of your home marketplace is preselected and cannot be edited. If you wish to change the default country, you must first update the "Home marketplace" field. The default country is always listed first, with others sorted alphabetically. If the home marketplace has no FBA storage, there will be no countries selected by default, and you can choose them manually.
Note: Changing the home marketplace country to one that supports FBA storage will reset all previously selected checkboxes.
Additional options for Germany (DE)
If one of the selected countries is Germany (DE), two additional options will be available. Use the radio button to select whether to:
- Store in Germany only. Pay an additional fulfillment fee of up to €0.26 on every FBA fulfillment for Germany OR
- Store in Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic. Save up to €0.26 on every FBA fulfillment from Germany. VAT obligations in Poland and the Czech Republic apply.
Start date: Set the date when the FBA fulfillment fee for the selected FBA settings becomes effective.
Note: The amount must be adjusted if you have specified the Amazon penalty fee under "Other fees" or in another field. The FBA penalty fee will be automatically calculated once you save these settings.
1.2 Related products

The “Related products” vertical tab displays all SELLERLOGIC services — “Repricer”, “Lost & Found”, “Business Analytics”, and “Review Manager”. Each service is displayed as a card containing:
- The name of the service.
- A status badge indicating whether the service is “Active” for the account.
- A “Subscription details” button that opens the subscription settings for that service.
2. “Groups” tab
The “Groups” tab of the “Amazon seller account management” page allows Amazon marketplaces belonging to one or more connected Amazon seller accounts to be organized into custom-named collections, called groups. A group provides a way to manage a specific set of marketplaces, drawn from any number of connected accounts, under a single descriptive name, instead of managing those marketplaces individually.
2.1 Groups list view
The “Groups” tab displays every group created under your SELLERLOGIC account. The following controls are available above the list.
- “Sort by” dropdown: Toggles the sort order between ascending and descending by group name.
- Search field: Filters the groups list in real time by group name. Once text is entered, a “clear” icon appears in the field and resets the search when clicked.
- “Expand all” button: Expands every group entry in the list at once, revealing the accounts and marketplaces included in each group.
- “Collapse all” button: Collapses every group entry in the list at once.
- “Add new group” button (plus icon): Opens the “Add new group” form used to create a group.
2.2 Group entry
Each group is displayed as a collapsible entry showing the group name and, on the right, an “Edit” button (pencil icon) and a “Delete” button (trash icon). Clicking the chevron on the left of the entry expands or collapses it. When expanded, a group entry displays one row for each Amazon seller account included in the group. Each row contains the following fields:
- Marketplaces: The flags of the marketplaces selected for this account within the group. Only the marketplaces chosen when the group was created or last edited are shown.
- Home marketplace: The home marketplace configured for this Amazon seller account within the “Account information” tab of the “Accounts” tab.
- Account: The name of the Amazon seller account that the row’s marketplaces belong to.
A single group can include marketplaces from more than one Amazon seller account. In this case, the expanded entry displays a separate row for each account included in the group.
2.3 “Add new group” and “Edit group” forms
Groups are created and edited using the same form, titled “Add new group” when creating a group and “Edit group” when editing an existing one. The form contains the following elements.
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Group name | A required, free-text name for the group. The name must be unique among existing groups. |
| “Select all” button | Selects every marketplace of every connected Amazon seller account. |
| “Clear” button | Deselects all currently selected marketplaces. |
| Selection counter | A summary line above the account list stating the number of marketplaces selected, their marketplace codes, and the number of accounts they belong to. |
| Account checkbox | Each connected Amazon seller account is listed with its own checkbox. Selecting this checkbox selects every marketplace available for that account. Deselecting it clears all marketplace selections for that account. Note: If a single marketplace is then deselected from an account whose checkbox is fully selected, the checkbox remains shown as fully selected rather than switching to a partial state — it does not reflect that the account is only partially selected. |
| Marketplace buttons | Below each account, its available marketplaces are displayed as individual, togglable buttons identified by country flag and marketplace code. The set of marketplaces available depends on the Amazon account’s region. |
| “Cancel” button | Closes the form without saving any changes. |
| “Create” / “Update” button | Saves the group. The button is disabled until the validation rules described below are satisfied. |
2.3.1 Validation rules
-
Group name is required
The “Create” or “Update” button remains disabled while the “Group name” field is empty. -
Group name must be unique
Submitting a name that is already in use displays the error message below the “Group name” field, and the group is not saved. -
At least two marketplaces are required
The “Create” or “Update” button remains disabled while fewer than two marketplaces are selected, regardless of how many accounts they come from.
2.4 Deleting a group
Clicking the “Delete” button (trash icon) on a group entry opens a confirmation dialog. Confirming the dialog permanently removes the group; the underlying Amazon seller accounts and marketplaces are not affected.
2.5 Step-by-step instructions
Create a group

- Click the “Add new group” button (plus icon).
- In the “Add new group” form, enter a unique name in the “Group name” field.

3. Add new seller account

To add a new Amazon account to the SELLERLOGIC Platform, click the “Add/restore account” button with a plus icon located in the top right corner of the “Amazon seller account management” page. This opens the “Create an Amazon account” modal form to select services and enable them for a new account.
- Add a new account and enable one SELLERLOGIC service
To add a new account and enable a SELLERLOGIC service, leave only the toggle for the desired service enabled in the “Create an Amazon account” modal and click “Next”. This launches the setup wizard for the selected service.
- Add a new account and enable multiple SELLERLOGIC services
To add a new account and enable multiple SELLERLOGIC services at once, leave the corresponding toggles enabled on the “Create an Amazon account” modal form and click “Next”. This will launch the setup wizards for these services consecutively, following the order presented in the "Create an Amazon account" modal form.
Certain wizard steps may be omitted if the account is already connected to SELLERLOGIC, if the necessary information has already been provided, or if specific setup steps are not applicable to the chosen service. In case of success, the newly added account will appear at the bottom of the “Account information” vertical tab.
4. Delete seller account
To delete an existing Amazon account connected to the SELLERLOGIC Platform, click the “Delete account” button within the corresponding Amazon account block and confirm the action.
Please note that the "Delete account" button is only available if the following account deletion requirements are met:
- Repricer must be disabled OR all marketplaces must be inactive OR all active marketplaces must be in a trial subscription period;
- Lost & Found must be disabled AND all cases must be resolved;
- Business Analytics must be disabled OR in a trial subscription.
