Segments sidebar

The Segments sidebar is a "My products" page feature that provides an additional filtering system, allowing you to create, save, reuse, and share advanced product filter combinations called segments

Segments help you narrow down the “My products” table to a specific subset of products based on any combination of filter conditions, which can be saved and reused later. Instead of reconfiguring the same set of filters each time, you can open a saved segment to quickly return to the relevant subset of products.

To access the sidebar:

Go to Repricer > Products > My products.

In the left sidebar, select one of the following buttons:

  • Segments (sliders icon): Use this panel to access, manage, and apply your saved segments from a single location.
  • Filter (funnel icon): Use this panel to build temporary filters using conditions and AND/OR logic. Temporary filters can also be saved as segments.

1. Key capabilities

The Segments allow you to:

  • Create and save segments: Define multi-condition filters and save them as named segments for repeated use.
  • Apply segments to the product table: Activate any saved segment to instantly filter the product list.
  • Apply temporary filters: Use the filter builder to apply one-time filters to the product list without saving them. You can further refine the results by combining these filters with column-level filters in the table header.
  • Share segments via URL: Generate a shareable link that opens the page with the segment pre-applied for any user within your SELLERLOGIC account.
  • Keep active segments applied: An active segment remains applied when you reload the page or navigate away and return.
  • Use filtered results for bulk edit: Apply bulk actions to the filtered product list only. For more information, see Repricer | Product bulk edit.

2. Segments

A segment is a saved set of filter rules. Segments allow you to quickly return to a specific filtered view of your product list without rebuilding the same conditions each time. For example, you can create a segment for products that:

  • are fulfilled by Amazon,
  • belong to a specific marketplace,
  • are currently in stock,
  • and have a margin below your target value.

Search segments: Use the search field in the “Segments” panel to find saved segments by name. Note: Enter at least 3 characters to start searching.

2.1 Create a segment

To create a new segment:

  1. Open the “Segments” or “Filter” panel from the left sidebar on the “My products” page. Then, click the plus icon (Segments) or the “Add first condition” button (Filter) to access the filter builder.
  2. In the first rule row, select a field from the field dropdown. Example: Price
  3. Select an operator from the operator dropdown. Example: >
  4. Enter (or select) a value in the "Value" field. Example: 50
  5. Optional: Add more conditions:
    • Click the “Add rule” button to add another condition.
    • Click the “Add group” button to create a nested group of conditions.
  6. Use the AND/OR toggle to define how conditions should be combined. The selected operator is applied to all direct conditions and groups on that level. By default, conditions and groups are combined with AND.
  7. To preview the filtered results in the product table, click "Apply". If no products are returned, review the selected conjunction and conditions.
  8. Click “Save as” and enter a descriptive name in the "Create segment" modal (mandatory).
  9. Click “Save”.

For more information about the filter builder, see Segments sidebar | Filter builder.

2.2 Manage your segments

Saved segments are listed in the “Segments” panel. Each segment row includes the following actions:

  • Expand: Expands the segment row so you can preview the filter rules included in the segment.
  • Toggle: Applies or deactivates the segment. When active, the product table is filtered, showing only products that match the segment conditions. To deactivate the segment, either toggle the switch off or click the "X" in the active segment banner at the top of the panel.
  • Edit: Opens the filter builder with the segment name and existing filter conditions pre-filled. You can add, remove, or modify segment details as needed. For more information about the filter builder, see Segments sidebar | Filter builder.
  • Share: Opens the share modal so you can copy a link to the segment. For more information, see Segments sidebar | Share a segment.
  • Delete: Permanently deletes the segment after confirmation. Note: Deleting a segment is permanent and cannot be undone.

Notes:

  • When a filter or segment is active, the product table shows filtered results. A blue dot indicator appears on the corresponding sidebar icon to indicate that filters are applied.
  • Only one segment can be active at a time. Applying another segment replaces the currently active segment.
  • An active segment remains applied even if you navigate away from the page or log out. It stays enabled until you manually disable it.

2.3 Share a segment

You can share a segment with another user in your SELLERLOGIC account by copying its URL.

To share a segment:

  1. Open the "Segments" panel.
  2. Click the "Share" button (chain link icon) on the segment row to open the "Share segment" modal.
  3. Click "Copy link" to copy the URL to the clipboard.
  4. Send the copied URL to the intended recipient.

When recipients open a shared link:

  • They receive the set of filtering conditions defined in the shared segment.
  • They can apply the shared filter, adjust the filtering conditions, and save it as their own segment.
  • If the recipient has already saved this segment before, it is automatically applied to the product table when they open the shared link.

Note: Segment sharing works only within the same SELLERLOGIC account. The link does not expose data to users outside the account.

3. Filter

The “Filter” panel lets you build and apply temporary filters to the product table, that can be saved as reusable segments.

Click the "Add first condition" button to access the filter builder and add your conditions. Once conditions are added, click “Apply” to filter the product table.

To save the temporary filter as a segment, click “Save as”, enter a segment name, and confirm.

3.1 Filter builder

The filter builder lets you filter your product list using one or more conditions. You can combine conditions with AND or OR logic, organize them into groups, and save the filter as a segment. You can access the filter builder from:

  • The “Segments” panel by clicking “Add filter”, or
  • The “Filter” panel by clicking “Add first condition”.

3.1.1 Conditions

A condition, also called a rule, is a single filtering criterion — for example, "Marketplace is Amazon DE" or "Price is less than 20". Each condition has three parts:

  • Field: The product attribute or setting you want to filter by.
  • Operator: How the field should be compared to the value.
  • Value: The value the field is compared against.

To add a condition:

  1. Open the filter builder from the “Segments" or “Filter” panel.
  2. Click “Add filter” or “Add first condition”.
  3. In the condition row, click the “Field” dropdown. By default, this field shows SKU.
  4. Select the product attribute you want to filter by. You can type to search the list.
  5. Click the “Operator” dropdown. By default, this field shows Is.
  6. Select the comparison operator.
  7. Enter or select a value.

Once you have one condition, you can add more.

To add another condition:

  1. Click the “Add rule” button.
  2. A new condition row appears below the previous one, separated by the boolean operator (AND/OR) selected in the panel header. By default, conditions are combined with AND logic. This means all conditions must be true for a product to appear in the results. Switch the toggle to OR if a product should appear when at least one condition is true.
  3. Set the field, operator, and value for the new condition.
  4. Repeat for as many conditions as you need.

To remove a condition, click the trash icon next to it.

Group of conditions: Use groups when you need to combine AND and OR logic in the same filter. A group is a set of conditions with its own AND/OR setting. You can think of a group as parentheses in a formula.

Nested groups inside a group: You can place a group inside another group to build more complex filter logic. Each group has its own AND/OR toggle. Tip: For most everyday filtering tasks, one or two nesting levels are enough. If your filter tree is getting hard to follow, consider whether some conditions can be simplified.

In the following example, there are three levels of filter groups:

  1. Group Level 1 connects its conditions and nested groups with AND
  2. Group Level 2 connects its conditions and nested group with OR
  3. Group Level 3 connects its conditions with OR

Group Level 1

  • Price is less than 50
  • AND Stock is greater than 10
  • AND Group Level 2
    • Strategy is Buy Box
    • OR Strategy is Manual
    • OR Strategy is Cross product
      • Marketplace is Amazon DE
      • OR Marketplace is Amazon UK

To add a group:

  1. Click the “Add group” button.
  2. A new group box appears, visually distinguished by a blue vertical bar on its left edge. It starts with one blank condition inside it and its own AND/OR toggle.
  3. Set the AND/OR toggle inside the new group as needed.
  4. Fill in the conditions inside the group. Optionally:
    • To add more conditions inside a group, use the “Add rule” button inside that group.
    • To add another nested group, use the “Add group” button inside the group.

Note: The “Add rule” and “Add group” buttons apply to the level where they are located. Buttons inside a group add items to that group. Buttons outside a group add items to the parent level.

Manage rules and groups

You can manage rules and groups using the action icons in the filter builder:

  • Duplicate rule: Click the copy icon next to a rule you want to duplicate. A copy appears directly below it with the same field, operator, and value. You can then edit the copy independently.
  • Delete rule: Click the trash icon next to a rule to remove it.
  • Clear all conditions: Click “Clear” at the bottom of the panel to remove all conditions and return the filter builder to the empty state.

3.1.2 Choosing how conditions are combined

You can choose how conditions are combined by using the AND/OR toggle.

  • AND (default): A product must match every condition to appear in the results. The more conditions you add, the narrower the results become.
  • OR: A product only needs to match at least one condition to appear in the results. The more conditions you add, the broader the results become.

The toggle applies uniformly to all direct conditions and groups at the same level. For example, if a group is set to AND, all separator labels between direct items in that group show AND. Switching the toggle immediately updates every separator label within the group.

Nested groups keep their own AND/OR setting. Changing the parent group toggle does not change the logic inside nested groups.

3.1.3 Choosing the right operator

The available operators depend on the field type you select. The “My products” table supports six field categories, each with its own set of operators. For more information, see Repricer | My products | Table fields.
