Turbo pricing

"Turbo pricing” is an add-on to Price Optimization for your products in Repricer. When enabled, price recalculations are performed every 10 seconds for selected products, allowing for faster reactions to competitor price changes and Buy Box fluctuations.

Important:

  • This feature works only for products with Price Optimization enabled.
  • It is controlled at the product level through a single setting that applies simultaneously to both B2C and B2B offers. When you enable “Turbo pricing” from the B2C tab, the feature is applied to both B2B and B2C offers at the same time.
  • The “Turbo pricing” toggle works independently of the other settings located in the individual product settings drawer. When you toggle it, the change is applied immediately without the need to click the “Save” button.

Prerequisites:

To use “Turbo pricing”, ensure the following:

  • An active Repricer subscription on the Trial, Starter, or Advanced plan.
  • The product has Price Optimization configured and enabled.

1. Use cases

“Turbo pricing” is best for products on highly competitive Amazon listings where prices and Buy Box ownership can change quickly. Common use cases include:

  • products with frequent competitor price changes
  • listings where Buy Box ownership shifts often
  • products using the Buy Box strategy
  • bestsellers or other high-priority products
  • periods of high demand, promotions, or strong price volatility

Turbo pricing is especially effective when combined with the Buy Box strategy. Faster recalculations help Repricer respond more quickly to competitor changes, improve your chances of winning the Buy Box, and continue optimizing your price after you win it.

2. Turbo pricing status

“Turbo pricing” status can be managed for the products through three access points:

It can have one of the following three statuses:

  • Off: “Turbo pricing” is disabled for the product.
  • On: “Turbo pricing” is enabled and currently running for the product.
  • On, but not active: “Turbo pricing” is enabled but not currently running. This may occur when:
    • The limit of your current subscription plan has been reached (for example, after switching from the Advanced plan to the Starter plan).
    • “Optimization active” is disabled for the product. Note: “Turbo pricing” runs only when “Optimization active” is enabled. If optimization is turned off, “Turbo pricing” remains enabled but will not run until optimization is reactivated.

Tip: You can filter products with “Turbo pricing” enabled but not active by using the “On, not active” filter in the "Turbo pricing" column of the “My products” table. For more information, see Repricer | My products | Table.

3. Plan availability and limits

“Turbo pricing” availability depends on your current Repricer subscription. Each plan has a maximum number of products that can actively use “Turbo pricing” at the same time.

  • Trial: up to 50 products
  • Starter: up to 10 products
  • Advanced: up to 50 products
  • Freemium: Turbo pricing is not available

How product counting works

Each product counts as one “Turbo pricing” slot, even if it includes both B2C and B2B offers. You can see how many “Turbo pricing” slots are currently in use in the live usage counter within the product settings drawer. For more information, see Repricer | My products | Product settings drawer.

What happens if you reach your limit

If you try to enable “Turbo pricing” for more products than your plan allows, you will see an error message telling you that you have reached your plan limit.

What happens if your plan changes

  • If you downgrade to a plan with a lower “Turbo pricing” limit, products above the new limit will no longer have “Turbo pricing” active.
  • If you downgrade to Freemium, “Turbo pricing” will be turned off for all products.
  • If you upgrade to a plan with a higher “Turbo pricing” limit, previously deactivated products will automatically be reactivated, up to your new plan limit.
