Profile | Notification

The "Notification" tab within the "Profile" page allows you to manage your email notification preferences on the SELLERLOGIC platform. You can control which email notifications you receive, organized by service and notification type.

The tab can be accessed in two ways:

  • SELLERLOGIC navigation bar | User icon > Profile > Notification
  • SELLERLOGIC homepage > Settings menu | User profile > Notification

1. Expand and collapse controls

Two icon buttons to the right of the “Allow notifications” label allow you to control the display of all notification sections at once:

  • Expand all (+) — expands all service sections and their nested categories simultaneously.
  • Collapse all (−) — collapses all service sections simultaneously.

These controls only affect how the list is displayed and do not change any of your notification settings.

2. Notification structure

Notifications are organized in a three-level hierarchy:

1. Service — the top-level grouping, corresponding to a SELLERLOGIC service (e.g., Repricer, Lost & Found).
2. Category — a grouping within a service (e.g., Required notifications, System notifications).
3. Individual notification — a specific email notification within a category.

2.1 Service sections

Each service is displayed as a collapsible section. Click the section header to expand or collapse it. The following services are available:

  • General settings
  • Repricer
  • Lost & Found
  • Business Analytics
  • Review Manager
  • Affiliate

2.2 Notification categories

Each service section contains up to three notification categories. Availability varies by service.

2.2.1 Required notifications

This category contains email notifications that are operationally critical. Note: At least one user per account must have each "Required" notification active at all times.

Required notification toggles can appear in one of two states:

  • Active and editable — the toggle is active and can be disabled, provided at least one other user in your SELLERLOGIC account is also receiving the notification.
  • Active and locked — the toggle cannot be changed. This occurs when you are the only active recipient for that notification in your SELLERLOGIC account. The toggle becomes editable once another user activates it.

2.2.2 System notifications

This category contains informational and operational email notifications. System notification toggles can be freely enabled or disabled at any time. "System notifications" is not available for all services. Review Manager and Affiliate do not include this category.

2.2.3 Newsletters & news

This category controls marketing newsletters and service news. Unlike the other categories, it is not collapsible and appears as a single row with a toggle switch. Disabling the toggle stops all newsletter-type emails for that service.
