Dashboard

The “Dashboard” page is the initial page opened upon entering Repricer. It is designed to provide visual insights into your product and order data in terms of pricing and sales performance. It can be accessed in three ways:

  • SELLERLOGIC Homepage > Repricer
  • SELLERLOGIC Homepage > Repricer | Dashboard
  • Repricer navigation bar > Dashboard

Dashboard views

The “Dashboard” page is designed to provide an overview of product and order statistics tailored specifically for both B2C (Business-to-Consumer) and B2B (Business-to-Business) sales environments.

Click on the desired tab (B2C or B2B), located at the upper left corner of the "Dashboard” page, to instantly switch the dashboard view to the corresponding sales environment. This will update the displayed statistics to reflect the metrics specific to either B2C or B2B operations.

Page components

The data on the “Dashboard” is displayed according to your timezone, which is set within the “Information” tab of the “Profile” page.

1. Key performance metrics

The key performance metrics provide a general overview of product and order metrics, related to the repricing performance. The data displayed is specific to the selected dashboard view, whether B2C or B2B. 

Below are the tables listing all key performance metrics, along with their respective descriptions.

Order metrics

Orders The total number of orders placed for all products matching the selected offer type (B2C or B2B) in the current dashboard view, along with a comparative analysis of order trends over the past 14 days.
Ø Selling price The average selling price for all products matching the selected offer type (B2C or B2B) in the current dashboard view, along with a comparative analysis of the price dynamics trends over the past 14 days.
Revenue The total turnover for the sold products matching the selected offer type (B2C or B2B) in the current dashboard view, along with a comparative analysis of revenue dynamics over the past 14 days.
Profit The overall profit earned from sales of the products matching the selected offer type (B2C or B2B) in the current dashboard view, along with a comparative analysis of profit dynamics over the past 14 days.

Info: All financial values are expressed in the home marketplace currency of your Amazon account. In case you have multiple accounts and different home marketplaces, the "Dashboard" page will display the total value across all your accounts, without currency conversion.

Product metrics

Each product-related metric appears as a clickable value directing to the "My products" page. Relevant header filters of the “My products” table are automatically enabled to filter entries contributing to the selected metric based on the current dashboard view (B2C or B2B).

Products

All: The total number of product offers matching the selected offer type (B2C or B2B) in the current dashboard view.

FBA: The number of product offers within the selected offer type (B2C or B2B) that utilize the FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) method.

FBM: The number of product offers within the selected offer type (B2C or B2B) that utilize the FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) method.

Inactive

All: The total number of inactive product offers within the selected offer type (B2C or B2B). These are offers where the price optimization strategy is not enabled (“Optimization active” disabled);

FBA: The number of inactive product offers within the selected offer type (B2C or B2B) that utilize the FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) method.

FBM: The number of inactive product offers within the selected offer type (B2C or B2B) that utilize the FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) method.

Buy Box

Yes: The total number of active product offers within the selected offer type (B2C or B2B) currently winning the BuyBox alone.

Split: The number of active product offers within the selected offer type (B2C or B2B) currently sharing the BuyBox;

No: The number of active product offers within the selected offer type (B2C or B2B) outside the BuyBox;

NA: The number of active product offers within the selected offer type (B2C or B2B) with Buy Box details unavailable.

Active

All: The total number of active product offers within the selected offer type (B2C or B2B). These are offers where the price optimization strategy is assigned (“Optimization active” enabled);

FBA: The number of active product offers within the selected offer type (B2C or B2B) that utilize the FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) method.

FBM: The number of active product offers within the selected offer type (B2C or B2B) that utilize the FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) method.

Without: Min / Max

Min: The number of product offers within the selected offer type (B2C or B2B) without “Min price” assigned;

Max: The number of product offers within the selected offer type (B2C or B2B) without “Max price” assigned.

At: Min / Max

Min: The number of active product offers within the selected offer type (B2C or B2B) with “Min price” assigned;

Max: The number of active product offers within the selected offer type (B2C or B2B) with “Max price” assigned.

Buy Box eligibility

Yes: The number of active product offers within the selected offer type (B2C or B2B) eligible for winning the Buy Box;

No: The number of active product offers within the selected offer type (B2C or B2B) not eligible for winning the Buy Box.

Price above threshold The number of product offers within the selected offer type (B2C or B2B) with prices exceeding the Buy Box threshold price.

2. Order history

“Order history” provides a visual representation of the recent order activity over the past 14 days for marketplaces where Repricer is enabled. The data displayed in the “Order history” is specific to the selected dashboard view, whether B2C or B2B. When hovering over specific points on the graph, a tooltip will appear, providing detailed order counts across various marketplaces for that specific period.

3. Orders heat map

“Orders heat map” provides a visual representation of the intensity and distribution of orders over the past 7 days, helping to identify busy or order-heavy hours. It uses a color-coded grid where green indicates fewer orders and red indicates more orders relative to the maximum number within the past 7-day period. The data displayed in the “Orders heat map” is specific to the selected dashboard view, whether B2C or B2B. When hovering over a line intersection (where a horizontal line intersects a vertical line), representing a specific day and time, the tooltip will appear displaying the corresponding number of orders. 

4. Orders on marketplaces

“Orders on marketplaces” provides a visual representation of the distribution of orders across different marketplaces where Repricer is enabled over the past 14 days. The data displayed is specific to the selected dashboard view, whether B2C or B2B. Hovering over a particular section of the graph reveals the number of orders for a specific marketplace.

5. Buy Box statistics

“Buy Box statistics” provides a visual representation of the distribution of your product offers within the Buy Box across the following categories:

Yes: the number of product offers currently winning the Buy Box.
Split: the number of product offers sharing the Buy Box.
No: the number of product offers outside the Buy Box.
N/A: the number of product offers with Buy Box details unavailable.

The data displayed is specific to the selected dashboard view, whether B2C or B2B. Hovering over a particular section of the graph reveals the number of product offers for a specific category.

6. Price changes

“Price changes” provides a visual representation of the frequency of price changes made by Repricer across different marketplaces where Repricer is enabled over the last 24 hours. The data displayed is specific to the selected dashboard view, whether B2C or B2B. Hovering over a particular section of the graph reveals the number of price changes for a specific marketplace.
