How often does Repricer synchronize products and product prices with Amazon?

SELLERLOGIC Repricer runs two separate background processes that are often mistaken for one another: product synchronization and price synchronization. They cover different data, run on different schedules, and depend on different settings.

Product synchronization

Product synchronization keeps your product catalog and stock data current — this includes new or removed listings, quantities, and other product-level attributes. Its frequency depends on your subscription plan:

Subscription plan Synchronization interval
Trial Every 2 hours
Freemium Every 4 hours
Starter Every 2 hours
Advanced Every 1 hour

If you need more frequent updates or real-time accuracy, consider upgrading to a higher plan to benefit from faster synchronization intervals.

Price synchronization

Price synchronization is a separate mechanism that controls how quickly a new price is updated to and from Amazon, and how quickly Repricer reacts to a competitor's price change. There are two flows:

Standard flow (default)

Repricer generates a batch of new prices (up to 25,000 SKUs) at regular intervals every few minutes and submits it to Amazon as a single batch. As Amazon processes the batch, it returns an event for each affected product — both for your own price changes and for competitor price changes. Event latency depends on Amazon's load: as fast as a few seconds, or up to 5 minutes during peak load. Once the event arrives, Repricer processes it and reacts (updates the listing and recalculates the price if needed) within seconds to about a minute.

As a safety net, Repricer also runs a “wakeup” check every 2 hours to verify each product's price, independent of Amazon events. This 2-hour check is fixed and applies regardless of subscription plan — it is not the same as the product-sync interval described above.

"Turbo pricing" flow (add-on)

“Turbo pricing” is an opt-in, per-product add-on to Price Optimization. Instead of waiting for an Amazon event, Repricer moves the product into an isolated processing pool and polls Amazon's API in near real time, completing a full check-and-update cycle in as little as 10 seconds. Note: The 10-second interval refers only to how often recalculation is triggered. During periods of high load on Amazon, processing times may increase.

Requirements:

  • The optimization strategy must be enabled and configured for the product.
  • An active Repricer subscription on Trial, Starter, or Advanced (not available on Freemium).
  • A plan-based limit on how many products can have “Turbo pricing” active at once: Trial and Advanced up to 50, Starter up to 10, Freemium not available.
