The “Product settings transfer” feature allows you to copy saved product settings from one marketplace to the same SKU on one or more other marketplaces. Settings can be transferred between marketplaces belonging to different Amazon seller accounts, provided that Repricer is enabled for the destination Amazon seller account and the SKU is present in the destination marketplace.
The transfer is initiated from the product settings drawer on the “My products” page. Each transfer is processed as a background job, and you can review its result and any validation errors on the “Import product settings” page.
The transfer consists of two steps:
- Marketplace selection — select the marketplace whose settings you want to copy and the marketplaces where you want to apply them.
- Field selection — select the product settings to transfer.
1. Start the transfer

- Access the product settings drawer for the required product on the “My products” page via the "Update" button with the pencil icon.
- Click the “Product settings transfer” button in the upper-right corner of the drawer.
- If the drawer contains unsaved changes, the “Apply unsaved changes?” modal appears. You can either discard the unsaved changes and proceed with the transfer or save them before proceeding. If any values are invalid, the corresponding field-level errors are displayed.
2. Select marketplaces
The “Transfer data” drawer opens at the first step, where you select the origin and destination marketplaces.
2.1 Select the origin marketplace
The “Origin settings marketplace” field defines the marketplace whose saved product settings will be used as the source.
By default, it is set to the marketplace currently open in the product settings drawer. You can change it, but the origin marketplace can only be selected from marketplaces belonging to the Amazon seller account of the current product. The origin marketplace cannot also be selected as a destination.
2.2 Select destination marketplaces
You can transfer the settings to one or more marketplaces. Available marketplace selection options are:
- individual marketplaces;
- an entire Amazon seller account, which selects all marketplaces in that account;
- “Select all marketplaces in all accounts”, which selects all available destinations.
Note: An Amazon seller account is displayed as a destination only if Repricer is enabled and the SKU is present in at least one marketplace belonging to the account.
Click “Next” to proceed with field selection or “Cancel” to return to the product settings drawer. Note: The “Next” button becomes available after you select at least one destination marketplace.
3. Select fields to transfer
After you click “Next”, the system loads the saved product settings from the origin marketplace. You can select settings at three levels: an individual field, an entire field group, or click “Select all”.
The displayed values are a read-only preview of the last saved values on the origin marketplace. You cannot edit these values during the transfer.
The field-selection step includes important transfer rules:
- “Margin calculation” is displayed for reference only and cannot be transferred.
- “FBA fees” and “Amazon referral fees (%)” are transferred only when the target product has “Margin calculation” set to “Manual”.
- “Min price” and “Max price” are transferred as complete configuration units consisting of:
- the price value;
- the calculation approach – “Automatic” or ”Value";
- the calculation type – "Net profit on purchase price” or "Net profit in % on purchase price” (only for the prices with “Automatic” calculation approach).
- “Quantity discount” transfers all discounts assigned to the origin product.
- "Turbo pricing” is a shared setting for B2C and B2B offers of the product; therefore, it is transferred for both offer types. Note: The transfer counts against the "Turbo pricing" limit of the subscription plan.
- The status of product optimization ("Optimization active") is transferred together with the assigned optimization strategy or template.
- If the source field has no value, selecting it transfers an empty value to the destination. This can remove an existing value for the corresponding setting on the target product. An empty source value is marked with a dash and an information icon.
3.1 Transferable fields
The following settings can be transferred according to their respective rules:
General settings
Margin calculation | Net purchase price | Amazon referral fees (%) | VAT (%) | Product tag | Other fees | FBA fees / Shipment fee | Recommended retail price | Price discount | Comment
B2C / B2B
Standalone price | Min price | Max price | Quantity discount | Product group | Turbo pricing | Optimization active
4. Transfer data
After selecting at least one field, the “Transfer” button becomes available. Click it to start the transfer job. Alternatively, click “Back” to return to marketplace selection while preserving your current field selection.
After you click “Transfer”, the job starts in the background, and you are returned to the product settings drawer on the origin marketplace.
5. Review the transfer result
Each transfer creates a separate job on the “Import product settings” page. The job appears in the table with “Product settings transfer” as its operation type. The page is the central location for reviewing the transfer result and any validation errors.
A failed transfer job is marked with a warning icon in the “Import product settings” table. Click the warning icon to open the “Product settings transfer errors” modal, containing:
- an “Errors” tab with the validation errors;
- a “Products” tab with the affected products.
Each error identifies the affected product ID. Click the product ID to open the corresponding product settings drawer and inspect the product settings. For more information, see Repricer | Import / Export | Import product settings.
6. Transfer processing rules
- Overwriting existing values
For each destination marketplace, the selected source values overwrite the corresponding existing destination values when those values are eligible for transfer and pass destination validation.
- All-or-nothing behaviour
Transfer processing is all-or-nothing for each destination marketplace. If all selected fields pass validation, the transfer is applied. If even one selected field fails validation, none of the selected fields are changed on that destination. This prevents a destination marketplace from receiving a partial update.
- Currency conversion
When the origin and destination marketplaces use different currencies, monetary values are converted using ECB exchange rates.
- B2C and B2B settings
The transfer respects the availability of B2C and B2B offers on each destination marketplace. If the destination marketplace does not have an offer of the selected type, the transfer does not create a new offer and does not change any settings for that offer type.
