Product list

The “Product list“ widget, available on the "Profit” and "Statistics” tabs of the "Profit dashboard”, displays two tables listing all your products and order items defined by the applied filters.

The “Product list” widget can be accessed via:

  • SELLERLOGIC Homepage > Dashboard > Profit / Statistics
  • Business Analytics navigation bar > Dashboard > Profit dashboard > Profit / Statistics

Data filtering

The product list data is determined by the applied filters and can be configured through the following methods:

The selected date range is always shown in the widget header.

Change view

The data displayed by the tables depends on the chosen view type:

  • Order view: Shows data related to actual and estimated transactions, based on the order creation date.
  • Transaction view: Recalculates data according to the actual transaction dates. Note: Estimated transactions remain tied to the order creation date.
You can switch views via the “Change view“ button in the page settings panel or the "Filters” in the sidebar menu.

Table fields

The "Product list” widget consists of two tabs: “Products” (default) and “Order items”. Both tables feature interactive column headers that support sorting and filtering to help you customize the displayed data to your preferences.
  • Sorting options: Each column header, except "Image", provides “Ascending” and “Descending” sorting options to quickly reorganize product data in a meaningful order. “Units” column sorting is enabled by default. Note: Sorting can be applied to only one column at a time. Applying sorting to a different column will override any previously applied sort order.
  • Filtering options: Each column header, except "Image", includes an inline filter, presented as either a dropdown list or text input field for a live search, depending on the data type. Filtering allows you to narrow down the data displayed in a table by providing specific values within column headers. Multiple column filters can be applied simultaneously.
For more information, see General | Common service features.

Group by

The grouping functionality offers a structured way to organize your data in the table. Data can be grouped by the following parameters:

  • Order status (available only on the “Order items” tab)
  • ASIN
  • Marketplace
  • Brand
  • Manufacturer
  • Product type
  • Fulfillment method.

To apply grouping, use the "Group by” column located on the left side of the table. Select a grouping parameter from the dropdown list, and the table will automatically reorganize to display products grouped by the chosen attribute.

Each group is represented by a group header row, which shows aggregated totals and metrics for all products within that group. These values are non-clickable. Fields that cannot be aggregated (e.g., Image, Title, SKU, etc.) are displayed as N/A in the group header row.

Groups can be expanded or collapsed using the chevron icon at the beginning of each group row. When expanded, only the first four product rows are shown by default. Additional products can be revealed by clicking the "Load more” button.

Filtering and sorting provided by the column headers remain fully functional when grouping is applied. When a filter is applied in a column header, the filtering is applied at the product level within each group. A group header row is displayed only if all products within that group match the applied filter criteria. To reset the grouping and return to the original table view, click the reset button (funnel icon) in the table header.
