Page settings toolbar

The Business Analytics “Dashboard”, “Orders”, and “Transactions” pages provide a toolbar with page-level settings located at the top of each page. These settings define how data is scoped, filtered, and displayed across the entire page. Any change to these settings triggers an immediate reload of the page data to reflect the applied settings.

The following settings are available:

  • Common to all pages: “Group/Account”, “Marketplace”, “Currency”, “Search by (SKU, ASIN, Product name)”, and the date range picker
  • “Dashboard” and “Transactions” pages: “Change view
  • “Transactions” only: “Display transaction levels

All page-level settings are configured separately for each page and are saved automatically to your user account. Any changes you make take effect immediately; no manual save action is required.

When you return to a page, your most recently saved settings are restored automatically, even if you have logged out, changed browsers, or switched devices.

Settings are user-specific. Each user has an independent configuration, and changes made by one user do not affect any other user.

Note: If you open a page using a shared link that includes filter parameters, those filters are applied and saved as your new settings. As a result, the next time you access the page without that shared link, your view will reflect the configuration from the shared URL.

1. Group/Account

Pages: Dashboard, Orders, Transactions
Location: Leftmost control in the toolbar (folder icon)

The “Group/Account” dropdown filters all page data by a specific Amazon seller account or a custom-defined group. It allows you to isolate data for one account or view aggregated data across a custom group of marketplaces.

Available options:

  • Global (default): Displays aggregated data across all enabled Amazon accounts and manually provided data.
  • All Amazon accounts: Displays data from all enabled Amazon accounts.
  • Individual accounts: Each connected Amazon account appears as a selectable item to be applied as a filter.
  • Custom groups: User-defined groups of marketplaces to be applied as a filter.
  • + Add new group: Allows inline creation of a new group (available for paid subscriptions only). Info: You can also manage groups via the “Edit groups” (or "Groups” button for the “Dashboard” left sidebar) button, which opens a dedicated management page for creating, editing, and deleting groups. Note: Navigating to “Edit groups” redirects away from the current page.

2. Marketplace

Pages: Dashboard, Orders, Transactions
Location: Second control in the toolbar (flag icon)

The “Marketplace” dropdown filters data by one or more Amazon marketplaces. The dropdown includes a list of all alphabetically ordered marketplaces that belong to the Amazon account/group selected within the “Group/Account” filter. By default, the "Marketplace" filter is empty, displaying data associated with all enabled marketplaces.

3. Date range picker

Pages: Dashboard, Orders, Transactions
Location: Third control in the toolbar (calendar icon)

The date range picker defines the time period for displayed data. Clicking the field opens a panel with:

  • Preset list: Predefined time ranges (left side)
  • Custom calendar: Manual date selection (right side).

Restrictions:

  • Future dates cannot be selected
  • Free subscriptions are limited to the last 2 months

4. Currency

Pages: Dashboard, Orders, Transactions
Location: Right side of the toolbar

The “Currency” dropdown converts all displayed monetary values (e.g., revenue, costs, fees) into the selected currency. The default currency is derived from the home marketplace of the first connected Amazon account.

Changing the “Currency” setting does not affect the underlying data; it applies a currency conversion for display purposes only. When a different currency is chosen, the system utilizes historical currency exchange rates to convert the data accordingly. Historical rates are applied based on the currency rate at the specific date of the transaction, sale, or incurred credit/debit, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the displayed financial information.

5. Change view

Pages: Dashboard, Transactions
Location: Right of the “Currency” dropdown, displayed as a labeled button.

The “Change view” button opens a modal dialog that determines how transaction dates are assigned when calculating and displaying data on the page. This setting affects the attribution of both actual and estimated transactions. The button icon indicates the currently applied view.

Options

Order view

Transactions (actual and estimated) are assigned to the order creation date, suitable for analyzing order performance. Note: Data may update retrospectively as transactions are received. Historical data may change with time since transactions related to an order may occur later than the order placement date.

Transaction view

Transactions are assigned to their actual occurrence date, suitable for cash flow and settlement analysis.

Notes

  • Estimated transactions are assigned to the order creation date.
  • “Orders”, “Units”, and “Promotions” metrics are always based on order dates, regardless of the selected view.

6. Search by (SKU, ASIN, Product name)

Pages: Dashboard, Orders, Transactions
Location: Top toolbar. Occupies the largest width in the toolbar.

The search field is a multi-select product filter that scopes all data on the page to one or more specific products. It queries the product catalog of the currently selected “Group/Account”.

Accepted search inputs:

  • SKU – seller-defined stock-keeping unit.
  • ASIN – Amazon Standard Identification Number.
  • Product name – the product title as listed on Amazon.

How search works:

  • Typing at least one character opens a dropdown of up to five matching products, ranked by relevance rather than by strict text matching. Each result shows the product thumbnail, marketplace flag, title, ASIN, and SKU.
  • The same product listed on several marketplaces appears as a separate row for each marketplace, since ASIN, SKU, and marketplace differ per listing.
  • If no product matches the entered text, the dropdown displays a no-results message.
  • Clicking an unselected result adds it to the selection; clicking an already-selected result removes it. Multiple products can be selected at once.
  • Once one or more products are selected, the field displays “N product(s) selected” instead of the search text.
  • The clear (×) icon on the right of the field removes all selected products at once and reloads the page with unfiltered data.

Notes:

  • On the “Dashboard” page, the field is disabled when any setting other than "Title" is active in the "Filters" sidebar panel. The “Search by (SKU, ASIN, Product name)” exposes the same search as a “Title” field, alongside a “Unique identifier” filter category (ASIN, SKU, EAN, UPC, ISBN).
  • The field is cleared when the "Group/Account" or "Marketplace" value is changed.
  • Selecting or deselecting products reloads the page data immediately. If no data exists for the selected product(s) within the current date range, the page displays “No data”.
  • Like other page-level settings, the current product selection is saved automatically per page and restored when you return, even after logging out or switching devices.

7. Display transaction levels

Page: Transactions
Location: Between the date range picker and “Currency”

The “Display transaction levels” dropdown filters the transactions table to show only transactions belonging to a specific reporting level. This allows you to narrow the view to transactions relevant to a particular scope, from global aggregates down to individual product-level events. Multiple selections are supported. By default, the filter is empty, and all levels are shown. Note: This setting affects only the “Transactions” table and does not impact KPI widgets.

Available options:

  • Global transactions – include indirect costs
  • Account-related transactions
  • Marketplace-related transactions
  • Order-related transactions
  • Product-related transactions
