Transactions

The "Transactions" page keeps a record of all financial events related to Lost & Found cases. The table shows the key details of your refund transactions and related Lost & Found fees. It can be accessed in two ways:

  • SELLERLOGIC Homepage > Lost & Found | Transactions
  • Lost & Found navigation bar > Transactions

Lost & Found fees

The Lost & Found fees are applied after the case status changes to “Closed”. To learn more about the reasons for applying the fees, see Lost & Found | Cases.

The Lost & Found fees are paid in the currency in which Amazon processes the reimbursement. If the payment is made in a currency other than EUR, it will be converted to EUR on the day the case is closed based on the exchange rate provided by the Europe Central Bank (ECB).

All financial events that occur during a month are consolidated in your monthly invoice. For more information, see SELLERLOGIC | Invoices.
