Subscriptions | Business Analytics

SELLERLOGIC Business Analytics is a subscription-based service that offers four paid subscription plans with different billing durations, as well as a one-time 14-day free Trial subscription and a Freemium mode. To learn how to manage your Business Analytics subscription, see Manage Business Analytics subscription.

Subscription types

Trial

  • One-time free subscription with a 14-day duration
  • Automatically activated during the initial Business Analytics setup
  • Includes an unlimited number of Amazon orders processed
  • Cannot be renewed or reactivated after expiration

Freemium

  • Free subscription with unlimited duration
  • Limited feature set with access only to the "Profit dashboard” page, with restricted data availability
  • Automatically activated during the initial connection of your first Amazon seller account to SELLERLOGIC, regardless of the enabled service (Repricer, Lost & Found, or Review Manager)
  • Cannot be disabled — only upgraded to a paid subscription

Paid plans

  • Four paid plans with different billing periods: 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and 24 months.
  • All pricing details are displayed in the interface when selecting the monthly order volume and subscription duration.
  • Price depends solely on:
    • the average number of Amazon orders processed by Business Analytics across all enabled Amazon seller accounts
    • the selected billing duration.

Note: Business Analytics is not limited by the number of monthly orders selected during subscription setup. If the number of processed Amazon orders during the current billing period exceeds the selected volume, you will be charged for the actual number of orders processed. The adjustment will be reflected in the following invoice.

A single Business Analytics subscription covers an unlimited number of Amazon seller accounts, Amazon Ads accounts, and marketplaces. All subscriptions—except the Trial—renew automatically at the end of the billing period unless they are canceled or replaced by a different subscription scheduled as the next subscription.

1. Manage Business Analytics subscription

To view and manage your Business Analytics subscription settings, navigate to the "Subscriptions" page and open the “Business Analytics” tab. The tab can be accessed via the following navigation paths:

  • SELLERLOGIC Global action bar > Settings > Subscriptions > Business Analytics
  • SELLERLOGIC Homepage > Right sidebar > Subscriptions > Business Analytics

To access subscription details and manage settings, you need the following:

  • At least one Amazon seller account added to SELLERLOGIC. It can be initiated via:
    • “Enable” or ”Add / restore account" (plus icon) buttons on the “Subscriptions” page
    • “Business Analytics setup” button on the SELLERLOGIC Homepage. For more information, see Business Analytics setup.
  • The following user permissions are granted:
    • Administration > Amazon seller accounts > List – access to the "Subscriptions” page
    • Administration > Amazon seller accounts > Manage – manage Amazon seller and Amazon Ads account settings

For more information, see General | User Management | Manage user permissions.

1.1 Your subscription plan

A read-only overview of your current and upcoming Business Analytics subscriptions is displayed in the "Your subscription plan” panel:

  • Current subscription: Shows an active plan reflecting the current billing cycle duration.
  • Next subscription: Displayed when any subscription changes are scheduled for the next billing cycle. Shows the upcoming plan and its duration.
    • Renewal subscription: Displayed if no changes are scheduled. System renews the current subscription automatically on the date specified in the "Renewal date" field.
  • Total orders: Shows the cumulative number of orders tracked across all enabled Amazon seller accounts in the current billing period.

1.2 Manage subscription

Business Analytics subscription settings can be configured via the management drawer, accessed through the "Manage subscription” button within the “Your subscription plan” panel.

1.2.1 Current subscription

The details of your current Business Analytics subscription include the information about plan duration, billing period start, and end date (not applicable to Freemium).

The current paid subscription can be canceled at any time. Plan cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Full access remains available until the subscription end date. After expiration, the subscription reverts to Freemium.

  • Cancel current subscription: To cancel automatic renewal of the current subscription, click the "Cancel current subscription” button, complete the "Cancellation survey” by selecting the corresponding reason, and click "Submit". To restore a canceled subscription before the subscription’s end date, click "Renew current subscription”.

If you have already chosen the next subscription plan, canceling the current subscription also cancels the next plan. The "Cancel current subscription” button is available only if the Business Analytics subscription has not been canceled previously.

Freemium subscription

The Freemium subscription is a free plan with unlimited duration. It is automatically activated during the initial connection of your first Amazon seller account to SELLERLOGIC, regardless of the enabled service (Repricer, Lost & Found, or Review Manager).

The Freemium subscription remains active as long as at least one Amazon seller account is enabled for SELLERLOGIC. If multiple Amazon seller accounts are connected across different SELLERLOGIC services, Business Analytics Freemium retrieves data from all connected accounts unless they are manually disabled.

If the current subscription is Freemium, it can only be upgraded to a paid plan via Manage subscription > Upgrade current subscription. The selected paid plan takes effect immediately, granting full access to Business Analytics.

1.2.2 Next subscription

The "Next subscription” block is variable and dynamically reflects scheduled subscription settings.

  • Next subscription: Displayed when any subscription changes are scheduled for the next billing cycle. Shows the upcoming plan and its duration. You can:
    • Change next subscription: Assign a different upcoming plan
    • Cancel next subscription: Remove the scheduled plan and allow automatic renewal of the current subscription
  • Renewal subscription: If no changes are scheduled, the system automatically renews the current subscription after the current billing period ends (Renewal date). You can:
    • Cancel auto-renewal by canceling the current subscription
    • Assign a different next subscription plan by clicking the "Change next subscription” button

1.2.3 Subscription selector

The Business Analytics subscription can be selected via the subscription selector modal. It provides four paid plans with different durations and a fixed monthly fee. A fee is calculated based on the average monthly order volume (Number of orders per month).

To select a plan, choose the average monthly order volume from the "Number of orders per month” dropdown and click "Subscribe” below the selected plan.

2. Manage Amazon seller accounts

The “Amazon seller accounts” section lists all your Amazon seller accounts added to SELLERLOGIC. A single Business Analytics subscription covers an unlimited number of accounts and marketplaces. Click the “Add / restore account” button (plus icon) to add more Amazon seller accounts to SELLERLOGIC.

Each Amazon seller account is displayed on a dedicated card containing the following details:

  • Amazon account name: Displays the Amazon account name as a clickable link, redirecting to the "Amazon seller account management" page with the selected account pre-focused.
  • Marketplaces: Shows all marketplaces associated with the current Amazon seller account, represented by country flags.

Cards of the Amazon seller accounts enabled for Business Analytics contain additional information and management options:

  • Orders: Number of orders tracked in the current billing period.
  • Include in next subscription: Indicates whether the account will remain enabled in the next billing period. Note: At least one Amazon seller account must remain included in the next subscription. If only one account is enabled, the toggle is disabled.
  • Product costs main marketplace: Displays the primary marketplace for centralized cost management in Business Analytics. For more information, see Product costs main marketplace.

You can enable or disable Business Analytics for each account separately:

  • Enabled: The account is enabled in the current subscription. Key details and settings are shown on the account card, and data from this account is fully integrated into Business Analytics. Note: Enabled accounts cannot be disabled during the active subscription period, but can be excluded from the next subscription period by disabling the “Include in next subscription” toggle.
  • Disabled: The account is disabled in the current subscription, and its associated data is hidden in Business Analytics. To enable the account, click “Enable” (may require Amazon Seller Central login for token provisioning).

2.1 Product costs main marketplace

The “Product costs main marketplace” field, visible only for enabled accounts, indicates the primary marketplace used for centralized cost management in Business Analytics.

  • + Add (default): Indicates that the centralized cost management is disabled for this account.
  • Country flag: Indicates that the centralized cost management is enabled. The flagged marketplace serves as the centralized source for product cost data for other linked marketplaces. For more information, see Business Analytics | Manage costs.

2.1.1 Main marketplace settings

To configure your main marketplace:

  1. Click the value in “Product costs main marketplace” to access the “Main marketplace settings” drawer.
  2. Select the main marketplace that will be used as the centralized source for product cost data for other linked marketplaces.
  3. Enable the toggle(s) indicating which product cost type(s) need to be synchronized with the main marketplace.
  4. Click “Save” to continue.
  5. In the confirmation modal, click “Confirm” to apply the changes to all products associated with the selected marketplace. Optionally, select the "Re-link product marketplaces” checkbox to re-link any product marketplaces that were manually unlinked from the chosen main marketplace.

2.1.2 Synchronization logic

  • Selected cost types will follow the centralized logic starting from the activation date, meaning that synchronization applies only to current and newly created costs
  • Different cost types may activate at different times, depending on when they are activated in the "Main marketplace settings" drawer
  • Activation dates are displayed next to each active cost type
  • Costs created before the activation date are not synchronized

2.1.3 Disable centralized cost management

To switch off the product costs synchronization and disable centralized cost management for the Amazon seller account, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the desired Amazon seller account.
  2. Click the country flag in the “Product costs main marketplace” field to access the “Main marketplace settings” drawer.
  3. Clear any selections within the drawer (uncheck the marketplace, disable all toggles).
  4. Click "Save".

3. Manage Amazon Ads accounts

Each Amazon Ads account is displayed on a dedicated card showing a status toggle that determines whether the account is integrated into Business Analytics:

  • Enabled (default): PPC data is collected and displayed
  • Disabled: PPC data is no longer tracked and displayed

Any changes made to the status are automatically synchronized with your “Amazon Ads account management” page. Click on the account name to view account details on the "Ads account management” page. For more information, see General | Amazon Ads account management

4. Important information

The “Important information” sidebar on the “Subscriptions” page displays the most recent subscription and billing events related to Business Analytics. For more information, see Subscriptions | Subscription dashboard | Important information event log
