Subscriptions | Subscription dashboard

The “Subscription dashboard” tab on the “Subscriptions” page provides a read-only overview of subscription status, usage statistics, and subscription-related events for all enabled SELLERLOGIC services and connected Amazon seller accounts. The tab can be accessed in either of the following ways:

  • SELLERLOGIC header | Gear icon > Subscriptions
  • SELLERLOGIC homepage > Right sidebar > Subscriptions

If a specific SELLERLOGIC service is not enabled, its subscription information is hidden and replaced with a corresponding informational message. Click "Enable" to initiate the setup wizard for that service. For more information, see Subscription dashboard | Add an Amazon seller account to SELLERLOGIC.

1. Repricer

Repricer subscription information and usage statistics are displayed across the following blocks:

1.1 Current month statistics

The “Product Optimizations” block visualizes Repricer product optimization usage for the current month as follows:

  • Used – Number of product optimizations already processed
  • Total – Monthly optimization limit

It also displays the percentage of the monthly limit used, highlighted with a color-coded indicator:

  • Blue – Usage is within the monthly limit
  • Yellow – 90% of the monthly limit has been reached. Tip: An email notification is also sent when 90% of the monthly limit is reached
  • Red – Monthly limit has been exceeded

Additional notes:

  • B2B and B2C offer optimizations for the same product are counted separately.
  • Trial subscriptions have no optimization limits. The message “Unlimited Product Optimizations” is shown instead of a numeric limit.
  • Freemium subscriptions allow unlimited price changes for up to 20 product offers. The number of active offers with optimization enabled is shown instead of a numeric limit.

1.2 Current subscription details

The “Current subscription” block displays:

  • Active Repricer plan (Trial, Freemium, Starter, or Advanced)
  • Allowed number of products that can be optimized per day
  • Billing cycle duration

1.3 Product Optimization usage

The “Product Optimization usage” chart visualizes the changes in the number of product optimizations processed over the past 12 months. Hover over a data point on the chart to view the breakdown by B2B and B2C product offers, as well as the total optimizations for that month.

2. Business Analytics

Business Analytics subscription information is displayed across the following blocks:

  • Connected Amazon accounts: Displays the number of Amazon seller accounts with Business Analytics enabled, compared to the total number of accounts added to SELLERLOGIC
  • Current subscription: Displays active Business Analytics subscription details
  • Next subscription details: Display varies based on subscription settings:
    • Next subscription – Subscription plan and duration that will start after the current subscription ends
    • Renewal subscription – Automatic renewal date of the current subscription
    • Next subscription N/A – Indicates the Freemium plan is active and will remain so until upgraded. Info: The Business Analytics Freemium plan is automatically active when at least one other SELLERLOGIC service is enabled. It can only be upgraded to a paid plan.

3. Lost & Found

Lost & Found case and reimbursement statistics are provided across the following blocks:

  • Action required: Number of cases requiring your immediate action. Click "Show more" to open the "Action required" page with a detailed case list
  • Total cases: Total number of cases across all statuses
  • Reimbursed items: Total number of items reimbursed since Lost & Found activation
  • Total reimbursement: Total reimbursement amount received since Lost & Found activation

If Lost & Found was previously enabled but is now disabled, this section displays potential reimbursements for all detected cases. Click "Request reimbursement now" to restart the Lost & Found service. For more information, see Lost & Found setup.

4. Review Manager

Review Manager subscription information is provided across the following blocks:

  • Review requests: Number of review requests sent in the current month
  • Current subscription: Active Review Manager plan (Trial, Freemium, or Starter) and billing cycle duration
  • Requests: Chart showing changes in the number of review requests sent over the past 12 months. Hover over a data point on the chart to see monthly totals.

5. Important information event log

The “Important information” sidebar on the “Subscriptions” page displays the most recent subscription and billing events across all SELLERLOGIC services. Each entry includes the service name, a timestamp, and a short description of the event. 

On the “Subscription dashboard” tab, the sidebar provides a consolidated view of events across all the services. You can refine the displayed events by selecting a specific service using the available filter.

Service-specific event logs are also available within each “Subscription” page tab — Repricer, Business Analytics, Lost & Found, and Review Manager. In these tabs, events are automatically filtered by service, and no additional filtering options are available.

6. Add an Amazon seller account to SELLERLOGIC

All SELLERLOGIC subscriptions allow an unlimited number of Amazon seller accounts to be enabled for its services. 

To add or restore an Amazon seller account, follow these steps:

  1. Click “Add / restore account” (plus icon) in the top-right corner of the "Subscriptions” page. This opens the "Create an Amazon account" modal.
  2. Enable the toggle for one or multiple SELLERLOGIC services for the new Amazon seller account.
    • If multiple services are selected, their setup wizards launch sequentially in the order shown in the "Create an Amazon account" modal.
    • Some wizard steps may be skipped if the required information is already provided or is not applicable.
