Subscriptions | Lost & Found

SELLERLOGIC Lost & Found is a fee-based service that operates on a performance-based billing model, rather than a traditional fixed monthly subscription. The billing structure is as follows:

  • A 25% service fee is charged on the total amount of each successfully recovered reimbursement.
  • There are no flat monthly subscription fees.
  • Billing is processed on a monthly basis; however, invoices are generated only if reimbursements are achieved during the respective billing period.

Lost & Found automatically tracks and processes reimbursement cases for all Amazon seller accounts that are enabled for the service. The Lost & Found status of your Amazon seller accounts can be viewed and managed on the "Lost & Found” tab of the "Subscriptions” page (described below).

For aggregated insights into cases and reimbursements, refer to the "Subscription dashboard" tab on the "Subscriptions” page. For more information, see Subscriptions | Subscription dashboard

For detailed reimbursement records and corresponding service fee information, navigate to the "Transactions" page. This page provides a comprehensive overview of each reimbursement and the associated fee charges. For more information, see Lost & Found | Transactions

To access the Lost & Found settings, an active Lost & Found service is required. Activation can be initiated via:

For more information on Lost & Found setup wizard, see Lost & Found | Lost & Found setup.

1.2 Manage Amazon seller accounts

The “Lost & Found” tab lists all your Amazon seller accounts currently added to SELLERLOGIC. Click the “Add / restore account” button (plus icon) to add more Amazon seller accounts to SELLERLOGIC.

Each Amazon seller account is displayed on a dedicated card containing the following details:

  • Status indicators: Indicates whether the account is enabled for Lost & Found and shows the corresponding Full-Service status. For more information, see Full-Service status.
  • Amazon account name: Displays the Amazon account name as a clickable link, redirecting to the "Amazon seller account management" page with the selected account pre-focused.
  • Associated Full-Service email: Displays the SELLERLOGIC email address linked to the respective Amazon Seller Central account. This email is used by the Limited User within Seller Central to perform actions related to the Lost & Found Full-Service. Click the copy icon next to the email address to quickly copy it to your clipboard when needed.
  • Marketplaces: Shows all marketplaces associated with the current Amazon seller account, represented by country flags.

1.2.1 Lost & Found status

Located at the top left of each card, this indicator reflects whether the Lost & Found case search is currently active for the account:

  • Enabled: Case search is active. The system automatically identifies eligible reimbursement cases across all marketplaces.
  • Disabled: Case search is inactive. The system will not initiate new reimbursement searches for the associated marketplaces.

To change the Lost & Found status for a specific Amazon seller account, navigate to the desired account card and click the navigation icon ( > ) on the right side of the card to open the settings drawer. In the "Settings" section, choose one of the options available:

  • Enable product: Activates Lost & Found case searching for the selected account.
  • Disable product: Deactivates case searching for the account. Info: Disabling Lost & Found for all Amazon seller accounts stops case searches. Once all existing cases are closed, Lost & Found will be entirely disabled.

1.2.2 Full-Service status

Lost & Found Full-Service integrates with Amazon Seller Central to manage Lost & Found cases on your behalf. By enabling Full-Service, you ensure that all cases detected by Lost & Found are processed entirely by SELLERLOGIC support managers, notifying you only when action is required.

The Full-Service status is indicated by the corresponding status indicators in the top right corner of each account card. Please, ensure Full-Service is activated for all your Amazon seller accounts with Lost & Found status enabled.

Full-Service is active

An account card displaying three colored checkmark icons indicates that Lost & Found Full-Service is fully configured and enabled for this Amazon seller account. All Lost & Found cases associated with the account are handled by SELLERLOGIC support. In some instances, additional documentation may be required.

Full-Service is inactive

Amazon account cards labeled with at least one colored cross icon indicate that Full-Service is inactive and cases are not being processed. It means that the account is not configured, or at least one setup requirement is incomplete. To address the issues, open the settings drawer via the navigation icon ( > ) and review the issue description as shown below:
