The "Lost & Found” tab on the "Subscriptions” page provides a centralized interface for monitoring and managing the Lost & Found settings across all Amazon seller accounts linked to SELLERLOGIC.
The tab can be accessed in two ways:
- SELLERLOGIC Homepage > Settings | Subscriptions > Lost & Found
- SELLERLOGIC Global action bar | Settings > Subscriptions > Lost & Found
To access the Lost & Found settings, an active Lost & Found service is required. Activation can be initiated via:
- "Enable" or "Add / restore account" (plus icon) on the "Subscriptions" page
- "Lost & Found setup" on the SELLERLOGIC Homepage.
For more information on Lost & Found setup wizard, see Lost & Found | Lost & Found setup.
Lost & Found Full-Service fee
The SELLERLOGIC Lost & Found service does not follow a typical monthly subscription model. Instead of a recurring flat fee, it operates on a performance-based billing structure:
- No flat monthly charges. Fees are only charged when reimbursements occur.
- The 25% service fee is applied to the total amount of each successful reimbursement.
- Billing is processed monthly, but charges appear only if reimbursements were achieved during that billing period.
To track detailed reimbursement and fee information, visit the "Transactions" page for a comprehensive overview of each reimbursement and associated fee charges. For more information, see Lost & Found | Transactions.
For cumulative case and reimbursement insights, refer to the "Subscription dashboard" tab. For more information, see Subscriptions | Dashboard.
Amazon seller account cards
The “Lost & Found” tab shows all your Amazon seller accounts linked to SELLERLOGIC. Each account is displayed as a card that consolidates key information and available actions related to the Lost & Found Full-Service operation.
Each card represents a single Amazon seller account and includes the following elements:
- Amazon account name: Displays the Amazon account name as a clickable link, redirecting to the "Amazon seller account management" page with the selected account pre-focused.
- Associated Full-Service email: The SELLERLOGIC email address linked to the corresponding Amazon Seller Central account. This email is used by the Limited User within Seller Central to perform actions related to the Lost & Found Full-Service. A "Copy to clipboard" button is available for quick copying of the email address.
- Marketplaces: Shows all marketplaces associated with the account, represented by country flags.
Lost & Found status
Located at the top left of each card, this indicator reflects whether the Lost & Found case search is currently active for the account:
- Enabled: Case search is active. The system automatically identifies eligible reimbursement cases for all listed marketplaces.
- Disabled: Case search is inactive. The system will not perform any new searches for reimbursement opportunities in the associated marketplaces.
To change the Lost & Found status for a specific Amazon seller account, navigate to the desired account card and click the navigation icon ( > ) on the right side of the card to open the settings drawer. In the "Settings" section, choose one of the options available:
- Enable product: Activates Lost & Found case searching for the selected account.
- Disable product: Deactivates case searching for the account. Info: Disabling Lost & Found for all Amazon seller accounts stops case searches. Once all existing cases are closed, Lost & Found will be entirely disabled.
Full-Service status
Lost & Found Full-Service integrates with Amazon Seller Central to manage Lost & Found cases on your behalf. By enabling Full-Service, you ensure that all cases detected by Lost & Found are processed entirely by SELLERLOGIC support managers, notifying you only when action is required.
The Full-Service status is indicated by the corresponding status indicators in the top right corner of each account card. Ensure Full-Service is activated for all your Amazon seller accounts with Lost & Found status enabled.

Full-Service is active
An account card displaying three colored checkmark icons indicates that Lost & Found Full-Service is fully configured and enabled for this Amazon seller account. All Lost & Found cases associated with the account are handled by SELLERLOGIC support. In some instances, additional documentation may be required.
Full-Service is inactive
Amazon account cards labeled with at least one colored cross icon indicate that Full-Service is not configured, at least one setup requirement is incomplete, and cases are not being processed. To address the issues, open the settings drawer and review the issue description as shown below:
