1.1 Subscription information

A read-only overview of your current and upcoming Review Manager subscriptions is displayed in the "Subscription information” panel:
- Current subscription: Shows an active plan and current billing cycle duration (not applicable to Freemium).
-
Next subscription: Displayed when any subscription changes are scheduled for the next billing cycle and provides information about the upcoming subscription plan and the next billing cycle’s duration.
- Renewal subscription: Displayed if no changes are scheduled. System renews the current paid subscription automatically on the date specified in the “Renewal date” field.
- Subscription cancelled: Displayed if the current paid subscription has been cancelled. The system automatically switches to Freemium on the date specified in the “Subscription end-date” field.
- Subscription autorenewal: Indicates whether automatic renewal of the current subscription is active for the next billing cycle.
1.2 Manage subscription

Review Manager subscription settings can be configured via the management drawer, accessed through the "Manage subscription” button within the “Subscription information” panel.
1.2.1 Current subscription
The details of your current Review Manager subscription include the information about the current subscription plan, billing period start, and end date (not applicable to Freemium).
Current Review Manager subscription can be upgraded or canceled:
- Upgrade current subscription: Your current Review Manager subscription—except the Trial—can be upgraded manually at any time. To upgrade your current subscription, click “Upgrade current subscription” and select a higher-tier subscription in the "Review Manager subscription upgrade” form. After upgrading, the new subscription settings apply immediately and remain active for all future billing cycles. Your billing date will remain unchanged.
- Cancel current subscription: The active paid subscription can be canceled at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Until that date, full access to all Review Manager features remains available, and review request emails continue to be sent without changes. Once the billing period expires, review requests are stopped automatically. Tip: If you need to stop sending review requests immediately, you can disable all active campaigns via: Review Manager > Dashboard > Campaigns.
To cancel the automatic renewal of your current subscription, click the "Cancel current subscription” button and confirm your action. To restore a canceled subscription before its end date, click "Renew current subscription”. After expiration, the subscription automatically reverts to Freemium. If you have already chosen the next subscription plan, canceling the current subscription also cancels the next plan. Info: The "Cancel current subscription” button is available only if the Review Manager subscription has not been canceled previously.
Freemium subscription
The Freemium subscription is a free plan with no time limitations.
Please note that if you switch from a paid plan to Freemium, your custom review campaigns will be disabled but not deleted – they remain saved in your account and can be reactivated after upgrading. Only the default campaign is available under the Freemium subscription. This campaign automatically sends review request emails for all detected orders, regardless of the order amount.
If your current subscription is Freemium, it can only be upgraded to a paid plan via: Manage subscription > Upgrade current subscription.
1.2.2 Next subcription
The "Next subscription” block displays scheduled subscription settings (not visible under the Freemium plan). It provides information about the upcoming plan and the next billing duration (If the following subscription is Freemium, the block shows the date when Review Manager will switch to Freemium). You can:
- Change next subscription: Assign a different upcoming plan
- Cancel next subscription: Remove the scheduled plan and allow automatic renewal of the current subscription. Info: The "Cancel next subscription” button is displayed only if a different subscription has been scheduled.
1.2.3 Subscription selector
The Review Manager subscription can be selected via the subscription selector drawer, allowing you to choose a plan based on the expected number of review request emails per month. The fixed monthly price is shown below the plan title and dynamically updates based on the selected monthly email volume.
To select a plan, choose the average monthly order volume from the dropdown and click "Get it now” below the selected plan.
2. Review requests usage

The "Review Manager” tab provides visual insights into your review requests usage across the following blocks:
- Current month statistics: The “Review requests” block visualizes the number of review request emails sent during the current subscription month.
- Request usage chart: The “Requests” chart displays the number of review request emails sent each month over the past 12 months, allowing you to track usage trends over time. Hover over any data point to see the exact number of emails sent in the selected month.
3. Manage Amazon seller accounts

The “Amazon seller accounts” section lists all your Amazon seller accounts added to SELLERLOGIC. A single Review Manager subscription covers an unlimited number of accounts. Click the “Add / restore account” button (plus icon) to add more Amazon seller accounts to SELLERLOGIC.
Each Amazon seller account is displayed on a dedicated card containing the following details:
- Amazon account name: Displays the Amazon account name as a clickable link, redirecting to the “Amazon seller account management” page with the selected account pre-focused.
- Reviews used: Displays the number of review request emails sent under the current subscription for this Amazon account.
-
Amazon account status: Indicates whether the account is currently enabled for Review Manager. You can enable or disable Review Manager for each account separately:
- Enabled: The Amazon seller account is active under the current subscription. Orders associated with this account are tracked and included in review request campaigns. To disable the account, click “Disable”. Note: The last remaining Amazon seller account cannot be disabled from an active subscription. If only one account is enabled, the "Disable” button is inactive.
- Disabled: The Amazon seller account is excluded from the current subscription. Orders associated with this account are hidden in Review Manager, and review request emails are not sent for those orders. To enable the account, click “Enable” (may require Amazon Seller Central login for token provisioning).
4. Important information
The “Important information” sidebar on the “Subscriptions” page displays the most recent subscription and billing events related to Review Manager. For more information, see Subscriptions | Subscription dashboard | Important information event log.
