1.1 Subscription information

A read-only overview of your current and upcoming Repricer subscriptions is displayed in the "Subscription information” panel:
- Current subscription: Shows an active plan, current billing cycle duration (not applicable to Freemium), and the selected daily product optimization limit that defines your monthly product optimization limit. For more information, see Subscription overview | Product optimization limits.
-
Next subscription: Displayed when any subscription changes are scheduled for the next billing cycle and provides information about the upcoming subscription plan, the next billing cycle's duration, and the chosen daily product optimization limit.
- Renewal subscription: Displayed if no changes are scheduled. System renews the current subscription automatically on the date specified in the "Renewal date" field.
- Subscription cancelled: Displayed if a paid subscription has been canceled. Repricer will remain accessible until the end of the current billing cycle shown in the “Subscription end-date” field. After that, Repricer access will be disabled. For more information, see Subscription overview | Cancelling a subscription.
- Automatic subscription upgrade: Shows the status of the automatic upgrade feature (active or disabled) applicable only for monthly paid subscriptions with On-Demand Product Optimizations enabled. It indicates whether you allow the automatic subscription upgrade. For more information, see Subscriptions | Repricer | Automatic Subscription Upgrade.
- On-Demand Product Optimizations: Shows the status of the On-Demand Product Optimizations feature (active or disabled) applicable only for paid subscriptions. It indicates whether additional product optimizations are allowed once the monthly limit is exceeded. For more information, see Subscriptions overview | On-Demand Product Optimizations.
1.2 Manage subscription

Repricer subscription settings can be configured via the management drawer, accessed through the "Manage subscription” button within the “Subscription information” panel.
1.2.1 Current subscription
The details of your current Repricer subscription include the information about the current subscription plan, the duration of the current billing cycle (not applicable to Freemium), and the chosen daily product optimization limit that defines your monthly product optimization limit. Current Repricer subscription can be upgraded or canceled:
- Upgrade current subscription: Your current Repricer subscription—except the Trial—can be upgraded manually at any time, regardless of the chosen billing cycle. The upgrade may include a higher-tier subscription plan and/or an increased daily product optimization amount. Note: It is not possible to downgrade to a lower product optimization limit or subscription plan within the current cycle. Billing cycle changes are also not supported during the upgrade of the current subscription. Monthly to annual plan change is possible only when configuring your next subscription. For more information, see Subscriptions overview | Manual upgrade.
-
Cancel current subscription: The Repricer subscription can be canceled manually at any time. If you have already chosen the next subscription plan, canceling your current paid subscription will also cancel the next plan. The "Cancel current subscription” button is only available if your Repricer subscription has not been canceled before. To cancel your Repricer subscription, click the "Cancel current subscription” button within the "Current subscription” block. Upon a click on the "Cancel current subscription” button, a confirmation form along with the "Cancellation survey” will appear. To confirm the cancellation, select the corresponding reason and click "Submit". By confirming the cancellation of the current subscription, the system behavior will depend on the current subscription plan:
- Trial or Freemium plans: Cancellation takes effect immediately. Warning: The Trial plan cannot be reactivated once canceled.
-
Starter or Advanced plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. After cancellation:
- Repricer access remains available until the subscription end date (Subscription canceled > Subscription end-date).
- After the subscription end date, all product optimizations stop, and product data is archived 48 hours afterward. Re-enabling Repricer after this period will trigger a full product re-import from Amazon. Any previously saved settings will be restored, but product optimizations will remain disabled until manually reactivated.
- If the “On-Demand Product Optimization” toggle remains enabled after canceling the Repricer subscription, any additional product optimizations will continue to be processed until the end of the billing cycle and will be included in the invoice.
- You can reactivate a canceled subscription before the subscription's end date by upgrading ("Upgrade current subscription") or renewing it ("Renew current subscription).
1.2.2 Automatic subscription upgrade

When enabled, this option automatically increases your current daily product optimization limit when monthly On-Demand Product Optimization costs exceed the price of the next subscription level.
The "Automatic subscription upgrade" toggle indicates whether you allow automatic upgrades to your current subscription when it becomes more cost-effective. If the automatic upgrade is triggered, new subscription settings apply immediately. If upgraded during the month, the new subscription fee will apply for the entire month and will be reflected in the next invoice. Your billing date will remain unchanged.
- It is available only for paid subscriptions with monthly billing and On-Demand Product Optimizations enabled
- Enabled by default. If disabled, you will still receive notifications suggesting a manual upgrade when it becomes more cost-effective.
Info: The automatic upgrade will not be triggered if your total subscription cost for the month does not surpass the cost of the next subscription level. The automatic upgrade applies only to the product optimization limit and does not impact your subscription plan.
For more information, see Subscriptions overview | Automatic Subscription Upgrade.
1.2.3 Next subscription
Details of the next Repricer subscription include the upcoming subscription plan, the next billing cycle duration, and the selected daily product optimization limit. This subscription will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You can either:
- Modify your next subscription (Manage subscription > Change next subscription) OR
- Revert to automatic renewal of the current subscription (Manage subscription > Cancel next subscription).
If no changes are scheduled, the system renews the current subscription automatically. The “Next subscription” section will show a “No subscription” message. Click “Setup next subscription” in case you want to assign changes to your Repricer subscription for the upcoming billing cycle. You have the flexibility to select either a higher or lower subscription plan, as well as increase or decrease the product optimization limit.
Note: If you are currently on a Trial subscription and have not selected a paid plan as your next subscription, the Freemium plan will be set by default. The "Next subscription" block will display the exact date when Repricer will transition to the Freemium plan. To prevent this switch and maintain access to premium features, set up a paid Repricer subscription by clicking the “Set up next subscription” button. For more information about Freemium plan limitations, see Subscriptions overview | Subscription plans.
1.2.4 On-Demand Product Optimizations

This option allows additional product optimizations after your monthly limit is reached. The "On-Demand Product Optimizations" toggle indicates whether you allow unlimited product optimizations to be processed once your monthly limit is exceeded.
- Available only for paid subscriptions.
- Enabled by default, meaning that your product optimizations will not stop after the entire monthly limit is used, and each additional product optimization will be classified as an On-Demand Product Optimization.
- On-Demand Product Optimizations are billed separately on a monthly basis, regardless of the selected billing cycle (monthly or annual). Even for annual subscriptions, invoices are issued monthly for any On-Demand Product Optimizations processed within the given month. Charges are calculated based on the unit price displayed in the subscription setup form (€ / On-Demand Product Optimization).
- If disabled, all your product optimizations will stop once the monthly limit is reached. Product optimization processing will resume on the first day of the following month, or when the toggle is re-enabled.
Note: Charges for previously processed On-Demand Product Optimizations remain applicable even after the "On-Demand Product Optimization” option is disabled.
For more information, see Subscriptions overview | On-Demand Product Optimizations.
1.3 Test higher-tier subscription

You can test a higher-tier Repricer plan for 14 days at no cost if:
- You have an active paid Repricer subscription
- A higher-tier plan is available above your current one
- You have not used the test subscription before
To begin your test, click “Activate free test” in the “Test higher tier features” banner to access the “Test subscription of higher tier” drawer with the available higher-tier plans for testing. Select a plan for testing, click “Try for free,” and confirm your choice. The test subscription activates immediately and remains active for 14 days. During this time, you can freely explore the features of the selected higher-tier plan. Once the 14-day test period expires, the Repricer subscription automatically reverts to the original paid plan, and access to advanced features will be deactivated unless the subscription is upgraded.
Info: The feature does not affect your ongoing billing cycle or generate any additional charges — you continue to pay your regular subscription rate throughout the test period.
2. Product optimization usage

The "Repricer” tab provides visual insights into your product optimization usage across the following blocks:
2.1 Current month statistics
The “Product Optimization” block visualizes Repricer product optimization usage for the current month as follows:
- Used – Number of product optimizations already processed
- Total – Monthly optimization limit
It also displays the percentage of the monthly limit used, highlighted with a color-coded indicator:
- Blue – Usage is within the monthly limit
- Yellow – 90% of the monthly limit has been reached. Tip: An email notification is also sent when 90% of the monthly limit is reached
- Red – Monthly limit has been exceeded
Note:
- B2B and B2C offer optimizations for the same product are counted separately.
- Trial subscriptions have no optimization limits. The message “Unlimited Product Optimizations” is shown instead of a numeric limit.
- Freemium subscriptions allow unlimited price changes for up to 20 product offers. The number of active offers with optimization enabled is shown instead of a numeric limit.
2.2 Product Optimization usage
The “Product Optimization usage” chart visualizes the changes in the number of product optimizations processed over the past 12 months. Hover over a data point on the chart to view the breakdown by B2B and B2C product offers, as well as the total optimizations for that month.
3. Manage Amazon seller accounts

The “Amazon seller accounts” section lists all your Amazon seller accounts added to SELLERLOGIC. A single Repricer subscription covers an unlimited number of accounts, marketplaces, and products. Click the “Add / restore account” button (plus icon) to add more Amazon seller accounts to SELLERLOGIC.
Each Amazon seller account is displayed on a dedicated card containing the following details:
- Amazon account name: Displays the Amazon account name as a clickable link, redirecting to the "Amazon seller account management" page with the selected account pre-focused.
- Marketplaces: Shows all marketplaces enabled for Repricer, represented by country flags. Clicking the chevron icon opens a drawer with the full marketplace list within the current account. Each marketplace can be individually enabled or disabled for Repricer via a toggle switch.
- Price optimization usage: Displays the total number of product optimizations processed within the account during the current month. A detailed breakdown of product optimization usage can be viewed by clicking on the field value.
You can enable or disable Repricer per account or marketplace:
-
Enabled: The Amazon seller account is active under the current subscription:
- To disable the entire account, click “Disable”. Note: The last remaining Amazon seller account cannot be disabled from an active subscription. If only one account is enabled, the "Disable” button is inactive.
- To disable specific marketplaces associated with the account, click the chevron icon on the account card to open the marketplace drawer and toggle off the marketplaces you want to exclude.
- Disabled: The Amazon seller account is excluded from the current subscription. All marketplaces associated with this account are disabled for Repricer, regardless of their individual toggle status in the marketplace drawer. To include the account in the current subscription, click “Enable”. Then open the marketplace drawer and toggle on the marketplaces you want to activate for Repricer.
Notes
- Disabled accounts and marketplaces hide associated products, but settings are preserved and reactivated automatically when re-enabled. If product optimizations were active before disabling the account or marketplace, they automatically reactivate when the account or marketplace is re-enabled.
- If a Repricer subscription is canceled while some Amazon seller accounts remain enabled, those accounts will automatically be re-enabled when a new subscription is activated.
4. Important information
The “Important information” sidebar on the “Subscriptions” page displays the most recent subscription and billing events related to Repricer. For more information, see Subscriptions | Subscription dashboard | Important information event log.
