The “Refunds“ tab displays statistics of all refunded products, reported directly from Amazon. Refunds are grouped on the tab by reason and filtered by the selected period of time. For each refund, you can see a comment if the Amazon customer left it while submitting a refund.
The “Refunds” tab can be accessed via:
- SELLERLOGIC Homepage > Business Analytics > Dashboard > Refunds
- Business Analytics navigation bar > Dashboard > Profit dashboard > Refunds

Data filtering
The displayed data is determined by the applied filters and can be configured through the following methods:
- Sidebar menu – provides full filtering functionality. For more information, see Business Analytics | Profit dashboard | Sidebar menu. Note: The sidebar menu is not available when the “Product refunds” drawer is opened.
- Page settings panel – allows filtering by Amazon seller account, marketplace, date range, SKU/ASIN/product name, and currency. For more information, see Business Analytics | Page settings.
Change view
The data displayed by the table depends on the chosen view type:
- Order view: Shows data related to actual and estimated transactions, based on the order creation date.
- Transaction view: Recalculates data according to the actual transaction dates. Note: Estimated transactions remain tied to the order creation date.
You can switch views via the “Change view“ button in the page settings panel or the "Filters” in the sidebar menu.
Refunds dashboard

The “Refunds” dashboard consists of two main sections:
- The chart section with the total number of the refunded products, a pie chart that illustrates the proportion of refund reasons, and the list of refund reasons marked with a unique color.
- The table with refunded products and additional details.
Chart
The chart graphically displays the total number of refunds and the proportional distribution of refund reasons occured during the chosen period of time. Every refund reason is marked by a unique color. Right to the chart, all refund reasons are represented as a chart legend in the form of a list, sorted from the most to the least common reason.
Clicking on the refund reason will highlight the corresponding section on the pie chart and sort the table accordingly. Clicking on the “Reset“ button located up to the total count will reset the pie chart selection and the table to display all products with refunds.
Download chart and export data
To download the chart with the list of refund reasons, click on the “Download chart” button. The chart can be downloaded in PNG or PDF formats.
To download filtered results of the "Refunds” table to your PC, click the up-arrow icon in the upper right of the page and select “Export data” from the dropdown menu. By clicking the “Export data” button, you can export up to 100 products with refunds in XLSX, XSL, or CSV file formats.
Table columns
The “Refunds” table features interactive column headers that support sorting and filtering, allowing you to customize the displayed data to your preferences. This ensures that you can view and manage product information or export all products from the table.
- Sorting options: Each column header, except “Image“, “Refund reason”, and “Comments“ provides “Ascending” and “Descending” sorting options to quickly reorganize data in a meaningful order. Note: Sorting can be applied to only one column at a time. Applying sorting to a different column will override any previously applied sort order.
- Filtering options: Each column header, except "Image“, “Refund reason”, and “Comments“, includes an inline filter, presented as text input field for a live search, depending on the data type. Filtering allows you to narrow down the data displayed in a table by providing specific values within column headers. Multiple column filters can be applied simultaneously.
For more information, see General | Common service features.
