The “Orders” page displays a consolidated table of all Amazon orders retrieved from every seller account enabled for Review Manager. You can access the “Orders” page in one of the following ways:

1. Orders table
Each row in the "Orders” table represents a single product row within an order and displays the corresponding order and product details. When an order contains multiple products, the order-level information is shown in a header row, while the individual product rows are displayed beneath it. You can collapse or expand an order using the chevron icon at the beginning of the header row to hide or reveal the related product rows.

1.2. Column headers
The “Orders" table features interactive column headers that support sorting and filtering, allowing you to customize the displayed data to your preferences:
- Sorting options: Each column header —except "Review request status" and “Image”—provides “Ascending” and “Descending” sorting options to quickly reorganize data in a meaningful order. Sorting can be applied to only one column at a time. Applying sorting to a different column will override any previously applied sort order. Default sorting: “Order date” column in descending order.
- Filtering options: Each column header—except "Review request status" and “Image”—includes an inline filter, presented as a dropdown list, text input field for live search, or date picker, depending on the data type. Filtering allows you to narrow down the data displayed in the table by specifying values within column headers. Multiple column filters can be applied simultaneously.
1.3. Pagination and table controls
The lower section of the page facilitates navigation through large datasets and offers tools to customize the table view.
Table controls: Located in the bottom-right corner, table controls provide options to adjust the display and content of the table according to your preferences:
- Table settings: Opens an edit mode that allows manual adjustment of column widths.
- Table content: Opens a configuration modal where users can define the order and visibility of columns. Columns can be toggled using checkboxes and reordered via drag-and-drop.
Pagination and display count: In the bottom-left corner, the display count control allows selecting the number of entries per page (10, 25, 50, 75, or 100), shows the current range of visible results, the total number of entries, and provides navigation through pages using arrow buttons or direct page number input.
2. Sending review request
Review Manager automatically sends review request emails for all eligible orders when at least one campaign is enabled. To learn more, see Review Manager | Dashboard | Campaigns.

In addition to automation, you may also send a manual review request for a specific order directly from the "Orders” page (if permitted by the subscription and user permissions).
To send a manual review request:
- Locate the order in the table.
- Click the "Send request now” button at the beginning of the order row. Note: If the order is not eligible, the user lacks permissions, or the current Review Manager subscription plan does not support manual requests, the button is disabled, and an explanatory tooltip is displayed on hover.
- Confirm the action in the "Confirm review request” modal.
- The review request status updates to “Sent” once processed.
Info: Sending manual review requests is not available in Freemium mode.
2.1. Order eligibility rules
A review request can only be sent if all of the following conditions are met:
- A review request has not already been sent for the order.
- The order is not blacklisted.
- The order status is "Shipped”.
- The delivery date is between 5 and 30 days ago. Example: If today is January 30, review requests can only be sent for orders delivered between December 31 and January 25.
3. Blacklist

Blacklisting an order prevents both manual and automated review requests from being sent for that order. To blacklist an order:
- Locate the order in the table.
- Click the "Blacklist” button at the beginning of the order row. Note: If the user lacks permissions or the current Review Manager subscription plan does not support blacklisting orders, the button is disabled, and an explanatory tooltip is displayed on hover.
- Confirm the action in the "Blacklist order” modal.
- The review request status updates to “Blacklisted”.
To remove the blacklist flag, click the "Remove from blacklist” button in the same row.
Info: Blacklisting orders is not available in Freemium mode.
