The “Amazon seller account management” page serves as a centralized hub of the SELLERLOGIC Platform, offering access to a range of tools and settings for managing SELLERLOGIC services.
The "Repricer B2C” and "Repricer B2B" tabs on the “Amazon seller account management” page are designed for managing general settings and subscriptions of the corresponding Repricer service for your Amazon seller accounts and marketplaces. These tabs are accessible for each Amazon seller account on the left side of the account section and offer identical settings for both B2C and B2B sales environments.
Note: Ensure you have accessed the proper Repricer account management tab – "Repricer B2C" or "Repricer B2B” before interacting with its features.
The "Repricer B2B” and “Repricer B2C” account management tabs can be accessed in two ways:
- SELLERLOGIC Homepage > Settings | Amazon accounts > Repricer B2C / Repricer B2B
- Settings menu > Amazon accounts > Amazon seller accounts > Repricer B2C / Repricer B2B
Repricer B2C
The "Repricer B2C” tab offers a range of settings for your Amazon seller accounts that have the Repricer B2C service enabled. This service is suitable for all Amazon seller accounts operating in a business-to-consumer (B2C) sales environment.
Repricer B2B
The "Repricer B2B” tab offers a range of settings for your Amazon seller accounts that have the Repricer B2B service enabled. This service is suitable for all Amazon seller accounts operating in a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment.
Tabs view
When either the "Repricer B2C" or "Repricer B2B" service is enabled for an Amazon account, the view of the corresponding tab displays information about all connected marketplaces, current subscriptions, and upcoming subscriptions.
If a particular Repricer service (Repricer B2C or Repricer B2B) is not enabled for the account, the corresponding tab will display a relevant message indicating that the service is not currently enabled for this account, offering the option to enable this service directly from this page.
By clicking the “Enable” button, the corresponding Repricer setup wizard will be launched. For detailed instructions, see the Repricer | Setup.
Manage marketplaces
All your marketplaces that are connected to Repricer B2C / Repricer B2B are displayed within the first column of the corresponding account management tab. Each marketplace entry includes a checkbox, current status, and the title with links to the corresponding pages on Amazon.
Marketplace checkbox functions as follows:
- Checked: Indicates that the marketplace is in the trial period. The corresponding Repricer service (Repricer B2C / Repricer B2B) can be enabled or disabled by checking or unchecking this box until the trial period expires.
- Checked but disabled: Indicates that the marketplace has an active or expired prepaid subscription plan. This checkbox is disabled for modifications, therefore these marketplaces cannot be disabled.
- Unchecked: Indicates that the marketplace is in the trial period with the corresponding Repricer service (Repricer B2C / Repricer B2B) currently disabled. Check the box, to enable the service and continue using it within the trial period.
Marketplace status can be:
- “Active”: It indicates that the marketplace has an active subscription plan and the corresponding Repricer service (Repricer B2C / Repricer B2B) is enabled.
- "Inactive": It indicates that the marketplace has no active subscription plan, and the corresponding Repricer service (Repricer B2C / Repricer B2B) is disabled. To activate it, you need to set up a current subscription plan. For more information, see Repricer | Amazon seller account management | Current subscription.
Enable or disable marketplaces
During the 14-day trial subscription period, you can enable or disable Repricer B2C or Repricer B2B for specific marketplaces by checking or unchecking the checkbox next to the corresponding marketplace.
Furthermore, you can enable all your marketplaces with the "Trial” subscription simultaneously by clicking the “Enable all marketplaces” button. Please note that this option is available only for users with the Admin Role and only for the accounts that have at least one marketplace disabled.
If needed, you can disable all your marketplaces with the "Trial" subscription simultaneously by clicking the “Disable all marketplaces” button. Please note that this option is available only for users with the Admin Role and only for the accounts that have all marketplaces enabled.
Add another marketplace
You can add another marketplace to a certain Repricer service if it is not currently listed on the corresponding Repricer B2C / Repricer B2B account management tab. To add a new marketplace, click the “+ Add marketplace” button and select the desired marketplace from the dropdown menu in the “Add marketplace” modal form. The newly added marketplace will appear at the bottom of the list and will have the “14 days” trial subscription plan automatically assigned.
Manage subscriptions
Current subscription
The latest subscriptions for the connected marketplaces are shown within the "Current subscription” column of the corresponding Repricer B2C / Repricer B2B account management tab. The column includes the information about:
- the duration of the plan (clickable value);
- the first and last day of the subscription period (shown below the clickable value).
Note: The current subscription cannot be stopped or edited.
Current subscription details
To view and manage the details of the current subscription, click on its duration value. This will open the “Current subscription for Repricer B2C/B2B” form. This form includes information about the marketplace, duration period, start and end dates, as well as the status of the current subscription.
Depending on the status of your subscription, different options will be available in the modal form:
Trial subscription plan
For active trial subscriptions, the form allows you to select the next subscription plan by clicking the “Update now” button. This plan will be activated after the trial period expires.
Active paid plan
For active paid subscriptions, the form displays the “Auto renew subscription" toggle. This toggle allows you to enable or disable automatic renewal of your current subscription plan. By default, this toggle is enabled, meaning the subscription will automatically renew for the same period after the current one expires.
Note: The “Auto renew subscription” toggle is unavailable if the account is in the trial subscription period or if the next subscription plan is already set.
Expired subscription plan
For expired subscriptions, the form allows you to set up a current subscription and enable the corresponding Repricer service for this marketplace.
Next subscription
The details of the next subscription plans are shown in the last column of the Repricer B2C / Repricer B2B account management tab. This next subscription plan will become active after the current one expires.
If the next subscription is set, its duration period is displayed within the "Next subscription” column.
- To change the next subscription plan for the marketplace, select “Change subscription”, choose another subscription plan, and click “Subscribe”. Note: The "Subscribe" button is disabled for the currently selected plan for your next subscription.
- To cancel the next subscription, select “Change subscription” and click on the "Cancel next subscription” button.
If auto-renewal is enabled, the “Auto renewal is enabled” message is displayed within the "Next subscription” column. This indicates that your current subscription will be automatically renewed for the same period after its expiration.
- To change the next subscription plan for the marketplace, click on “Change subscription”, choose another subscription plan, and click “Subscribe”. Note: The "Subscribe" button is disabled for the currently selected plan for your next subscription.
- To switch off the auto-renewal option, click on your current subscription plan and toggle off the “Auto renew subscription” option.
If the next subscription is not set AND the auto-renewal is disabled, the “No subscription” message is displayed within the "Next subscription” column. In this scenario, the marketplace will be disabled for a certain Repricer service upon expiration of the current subscription plan. You will receive an email notification three days before your current subscription expires.
- To set up the next subscription plan, select “Set up subscription”, choose another subscription plan, and click “Subscribe”.
