Account management

The “Account management” page serves as a centralized hub of the SELLERLOGIC Platform, offering access to a range of tools and settings for managing SELLERLOGIC services.

The Repricer tab located on the “Account management” page is designed to manage general settings and subscriptions for your Amazon accounts and marketplaces with the Repricer service enabled. The tab is available per each Amazon account on the left side of the account section.

The Repricer account management tab can be accessed in two ways:

  • SELLERLOGIC Homepage > Settings | Amazon accounts > Repricer
  • Settings menu > Amazon accounts > Amazon accounts > Repricer

Tab view

If Repricer is enabled for the Amazon account, the view of the tab corresponding to that account will include information about all connected marketplaces, and current and next subscriptions.

If Repricer is not enabled for this account, the view of the tab corresponding to that account will include a relevant message along with the option to enable Repricer directly from this page. By clicking the “Enable” button, the Repricer setup wizard will be launched. For more information about the wizard steps, see Repricer | Setup.

Manage marketplaces

All your marketplaces that are connected to Repricer are displayed within the first column of the Repricer account management tab along with the checkbox and the current status.

Marketplace checkbox functions as follows:

Checked: If the marketplace is in the trial period. You can enable or disable Repricer for this marketplace by checking or unchecking this box until the trial period expires;

Checked but disabled: If the marketplaces have a prepaid subscription plan active or expired. This checkbox is disabled for modifications, therefore these marketplaces cannot be disabled.

Unchecked: If the marketplace is in the trial period but with Repricer currently disabled. Check the box, to enable Repricer for this marketplace and continue using Repricer within the trial period.

Marketplace status can be:

“Active”: If the marketplace has an active subscription plan;

"Inactive": If the marketplace has no active subscription plan. To activate this marketplace and enable it for Repricer, you need to set up a subscription plan.

Enable or disable marketplaces

You can enable or disable Repricer for the marketplaces during the “14 days” trial subscription period at any time, by checking or unchecking the checkbox next to the corresponding marketplace.

Furthermore, you can enable all the marketplaces of your account at once by clicking the “Enable all marketplaces” button. Please note that this button is available only:

  • for the user with the Admin Role
  • within accounts that have at least one marketplace disabled for Repricer but with an active trial subscription period.

If necessary, you can disable all the marketplaces of your account at once by clicking the “Disable all marketplaces” button. Please note that this button is available only:

  • for the user with the Admin Role
  • within accounts that have at least one marketplace enabled and the trial subscription period active.

Add another marketplace

You can add another marketplace to Repricer if it is not currently listed on the Repricer account management tab. To add a new marketplace, click the “+ Add marketplace” button and select the needed marketplace from the dropdown menu within the “Add marketplace” modal form. The newly added marketplace will be displayed at the bottom of the list. The “14 days” trial subscription is activated by default for all newly added marketplaces.

Manage subscriptions

Current subscription

The latest subscriptions for the connected marketplaces are shown in the second column of the Repricer account management tab. The column presents the following subscription details:

  • the duration (clickable value);
  • the first and last day of the subscription period (found below the clickable value).

Note: The current subscription cannot be stopped or edited.

Current subscription details

To view the details of the current subscription, click on its duration value.

The details of an expired trial subscription or the disabled marketplace subscription cannot be viewed or changed, therefore their duration values are not clickable.

The details of the current subscription are shown within the “Current subscription for Repricer” modal form, which includes information about the name of the marketplace, duration period, start and end dates.

The trial subscription plan link opens the “Current subscription for Repricer” form with the “Update now” option. By clicking “Update now”, you can select a paid subscription plan that will be activated after the trial period expires.

The paid subscription plan link opens the “Current subscription for Repricer” form with the “Auto renew subscription” option. The “Auto renewal” toggle is enabled by default. This means that this subscription will be automatically renewed for the same period after the current one expires. To disable automatic renewal, toggle off “Auto renewal” and click “Set up subscription” to select the next subscription plan for this marketplace. If you do not set up a new plan, this marketplace will be disabled for Repricer after the current subscription expires. Please note that the "Auto renewal" toggle is unavailable if the account is in the trial subscription period or if the next subscription plan is already set.

Next subscription

The details of the next subscription plans for the marketplaces are shown in the last column of the Repricer account management tab. This subscription plan will be become active after the current subscription plan expires.

If the next subscription is set, its duration period is shown below the “Change subscription” button.

If the subscription “Auto renewal” is enabled, the “Auto renewal is enabled” message is displayed above the “Change subscription” button.

If the next subscription is not set AND the subscription “Auto renewal” is disabled, the “No subscription” message is displayed below the “Set up subscription” button. In this case, any marketplace with the “Active” status will be disabled for Repricer and its status will change to “Inactive” upon the expiration of the current subscriptions. You will be notified three days before your current subscription expires.

  • Select “Set up subscription”, to set up the next subscription plan for the marketplace with the “Active” status or the current subscription plan for the marketplace with the “Inactive” status. In the “Next subscription for Repricer” form, choose one of four types of subscriptions offered and click “Subscribe”. Note: The “Set up subscription” button is available only if there is no next subscription set, and the subscription “Auto renewal” is disabled.
  • Select “Change subscription”, to edit the next subscription plan for the marketplace. In the “Next subscription for Repricer” form, choose another plan from the three subscription types offered and click “Subscribe”. Please note that the "Subscribe" button is disabled for the currently selected “Next subscription”.

Types of subscriptions

SELLERLOGIC offers four types of prepaid subscription plans, the size of which depends on the number of your products in Repricer.

3 months N/A
6 months 5 % discount
12 months 10 % discount

Info: The “14 days” is a free trial subscription plan. It expires exactly after 14 days after it has been activated.
